We stayed for a week and had a great time. Everything was comfortable, from the location for getting around to the spaces in the apartment, the breakfast was very good, and the cherry on top is definitely the park inside where you can go for a morning walk before breakfast. Thanks again to Sandro and Daniela.

We stayed at Sandro and Daniela's place the third week of September and we really enjoyed it. The place is top-notch, simple but great breakfast, with cakes and cookies made by Daniela and Sandro and Daniela are really friendly and helpful people. Don't miss the bike tour on Conero accompanied by Sandro! We hope to see you again soon.

Family-run property by Sandro and Daniela. Excellent breakfast especially Daniela's desserts made with high-quality raw materials. A strategic place for those looking for just the sea or visits to various locations. Monte Conero nearby with interesting itineraries, also recommended by Sandro. A place that I highly recommend. We stayed at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast the week after Ferragosto, I start with the warmth of the owners! They are truly very welcoming and make you feel like you are at your own home. The location is really super relaxing amidst the well-kept greenery of the structure and surrounded by a spectacular oasis with attached ponds. As for 'warmth', then let's not forget that we had the misfortune of the radiator turning on in the middle of August, promptly resolved by Sandro! Daniela, wife and super cake baker, sweetness personified. We had a very good time, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to unwind even for a weekend, maybe even in winter, the heater works. I hope to come back soon to visit you. A hug, Marzia, Cristian, Micol.

Daniela and Sandro are very nice. Helpful and, at the same time, reserved. We really spent 4 days of relaxation close to the sea which, with the bikes provided by Sandro, helped make the stay eco-friendly. I usually don't do it but this time I feel like recommending 'A casa di Pici' to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time with family.

I have known the property and the owners for several years. A lovely place to spend peaceful and comfortable days. The Mancini Family will welcome you with all the professionalism and courtesy that distinguishes them, offering you every comfort and accommodating your needs as much as possible. The breakfast is truly excellent and abundant, all homemade by expert hands. The house is surrounded by greenery in an oasis of peace. The sea is on the other side of the road. In short, there is really everything you need to have a good holiday, whether you are a couple, with friends, or with family. Very suitable even for those with children. Try it to believe it!

We were very satisfied already from the welcome, as for the room you can't ask for more, it has everything (air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, etc...). The bathroom, like the common areas, is very clean and tidy. The owners also provide sunbeds, hammock, and bicycles to reach the nearby beach. The location is slightly secluded from the center, yet convenient (by car) for both Potenza and Porto Recanati. Well, in short, absolutely recommended! Thanks to the owners for the stay!

House from the late 19th century. Nice place! Impeccable welcome and management, a true bed and breakfast run by a lovely family. Very well-kept garden, we report an excellent breakfast with homemade desserts.
