Tolle, große Unterkunft mit 2 Gemeinschaftsbädern. Das italienische Frühstück ist mit einem Gutschein in einer von 3 Bäckereien selbst einzulösen, besteht aber nur aus einem Kaffee und einem Croissant.

Proprietario ricco di consigli e accoglienza super. La struttura mi è piaciuta perché il nome è reale. Nota negativa la colazione, praticamente nulla, anche perché per quattro persone 1/2 litro di letta mi sembra veramente nulla anche considerando che ho due bambini piccoli.

Ho alloggiato qui con i miei genitori e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La struttura è facile da raggiungere venendo dall'autostrada, la casa è grande e la camera accogliente. C'è una cucina dove è possibile preparare la colazione e se necessario anche qualcosa da mangiare. Noi avevamo il bagno in comune ma non abbiamo avuto problemi. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata davvero molto gentile e sempre disponibile, ci ha fatti sentire come a casa. Lei si occupa anche dei servizi, la mattina pulisce le camere e rifornisce di asciugamani, carta igienica e cose per la colazione. La struttura inoltre è vicinissima al centro e agli ospedali, raggiungibile in 5 minuti con l'auto. Dispone anche del posto auto. Consigliata soprattutto per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dei gestori!

Gestore molto simpatico, appartamento pulito e accogliente, adatto a una famiglia. Unico neo, in periferia, un po' lontano dal centro storico, ma veloce e semplice da raggiungere dall'uscita dell'autostrada.

Ottimo per posizione, qualità e prezzo e pulizia. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi. La posizione centrale permette di avere a disposizione numerosissime attività commerciali nei pressi. La signora ci ha messo a disposizione un mini appartamento tutto per noi..con entrata indipendente. Ci ritorneremo presto. Anna e Luciano.

Soggiorno piacevole in una struttura confortevole a poca distanza dal centro di Arezzo. L'appartamento è silenzioso e dotato di tutte le comodità necessarie a trascorrere un bel weekend. Anche il mio cagnolino si è sentito assolutamente a casa.

Comodo soprattutto il mini appartamento perché con una modica cifra si ha a disposizione camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e lettino, bagno privato e cucina separata dalla zona notte. Tv in soggiorno e camera da letto. Se ci si porta un sugo pronto e un pacco di pasta si può tranquillamente pranzare e cenare, le stoviglie sono pulite, c'è anche una lavastoviglie e una macchinetta del caffè. Per una piccola famiglia direi che è ideale. Si può utilizzare il balcone per fumare una sigaretta (dentro non si può). Sotto casa c'è un'ottima gelateria. I gestori del B&B sono accoglienti e disponibili, abitano nella casa di fronte. La zona si trova appena fuori dal centro in un quartiere servito da bus cittadino, poco distante c'è un ufficio postale, delle banche, ristoranti, parco giochi, birreria e negozi vari. Per chi visita la città c'è in più la comodità del parcheggio privato sotto casa (il centro storico, molto bello, è tutto a traffico limitato e zone pedonali). Da consigliare.
