We had a very fine stay at Tenuta dei Principi. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious. The fact that each apartment has two sunbeds on its own terrace is really nice! We truly loved the very well kept garden. Both Sabrina (owner) and Aurora (host) have made us feel very welcome and provided us with excellent service. Not mentioned anywhere, but the facility has a washing machine ;-)

Everything was perfect for us. We have been here for the second time. Everything is very well maintained and clean. There is always a contact person on site. Sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and normal pool included. Close to the sea and the city (Grosseto). Many beautiful tourist destinations in southern Tuscany are also easily accessible.

Very well-kept facility, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful pool area, good transport options for luggage, very good waste separation, good restaurants nearby. Kitchen equipment for three people is sufficiently adequate.

Sabrina and her daughter Aurora were very attentive, friendly, and helpful hosts. The accommodation is very clean and family-run. Beautiful pool area with a separate hot tub to relax.

Excellent property, well maintained, in a central location with respect to the Maremma attractions. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The premises have their own kitchen, but a bar service would, in my opinion, be much appreciated.

Per quanto riguarda il servizio bar che lei ha menzionato non è disponibile in quanto non è tra le richieste che ci vengono fatte dagli ospiti, ma magari chissà possiamo farci un pensierino, ogni stagione ci dilettiamo con delle novità. Beautiful B&B. Spacious rooms and bathroom, with a small living area equipped with a minimal kitchen, but equipped with the essentials. The greenery (lawn and trees, all very well maintained), the outdoor pool, the small spa, the small gym, the reading area, the harmony of the overall context (the accommodations integrate perfectly into nature) help to relieve stress. The peace that can be felt is contagious. Sabrina and Aurora, who welcomed us, gift you with a quality that is becoming increasingly rare: kindness. The only downside, in my opinion, is the poor soundproofing of the rooms. Heartfelt compliments and thank you for everything. Highly recommended.

Very well-kept residence, well-equipped apartment, comfortable bed. The pool area is very beautiful, the only drawback being the very few shaded areas that are often occupied by customers who think they have exclusive rights. Perhaps increasing the shaded areas would suffice.

Excellent reception. Excellent assistance for visiting the area. Excellent directions to restaurants and beach baths. Clean, tidy, beautiful facility with many conveniences. Strategic location compared to Castiglione, Marina di Grosseto, Grosseto, Maremma, and Argentario. Highly recommended.

Clean, tidy, and quiet. There is also a very cozy children's area. The only 'negative' thing I would point out is the road to access the property, which is very bumpy. Overall, I would recommend it.

The structure is very beautiful and the rooms are very clean. Great attention also to the cleanliness and maintenance of the outdoor areas. The only "issue," in quotes precisely, is a small piece of road very deformed to reach the structure, but just go slowly and it's not their fault anyway. We went with our chihuahua who was well received. We will return!

Clean accommodation with classic and essential furniture. Pity about the annoying insects and the lack of mosquito nets, which prevented us from enjoying neither the outside nor the inside by keeping the doors open. Structure unsuitable for dogs. It's okay to pay an extra cost for cleaning (although deep cleaning should be done beforehand with every change of guests), but paying 15€ per day without using any dog services, I find it inconceivable. Being a seaside location, I suggest at least an outdoor water point to wash the dog on return and then, having a lot of property land, dedicate an exclusive space for them to let them run freely given that the structure is completely open.

We stayed as guests at Tenuta dei Principi for a long weekend. We had a great time, we found what we were looking for: peace, silence, relaxation, and the opportunity to do sports; in short, the perfect place to recharge. The managers were very helpful and kind.

Beautiful property with well-organized spaces, very clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a small apartment with only one bedroom; the third guest, in fact, sleeps on a sofa bed in the small living-kitchen area. The kitchen is well-equipped. The farmhouse is located in the middle of the countryside, quite far from the main road so that traffic noise is not heard. The pool is large and the heated whirlpool tub. The small gym has several machines. The bicycles available to guests are numerous and in excellent condition. We missed the breakfast service and daily room cleaning. The staff is welcoming and courteous.
