A warm invitation to the Verona centre at a walking distance from the Arena
Nicchia is a small touristic facility provided with the useful technology to make your stay even more comfortable: individual key card, satellite tv, fridge, wi-fi internet, air conditioned.

Two tailor-made bedrooms with iroko wood coatings, clear outlines and delicate shades; one bedroom with totally restored baroque furniture and natural wood walnut root surfaces.

A duvet with satin bedspread and the consistent mattress are the essential components of the comfortable rooms, carefully fitted, furnished with passion.

Thanks to the excellent noise insulation, our guests can enjoy the quiet privacy of an exclusive and personal space, made precious with wood in many different species and finishes: it’s a pleasure to watch it, touch it and walk on it.

In the bathrooms, also in the shower, you’ll find brown and black granite, in an elegant and refined contrast with brushed steel and white porcelain.

The self-service breakfast, with organic food, is prepared in the kitchen area and offers a wide choice of products.

Drinks and foods have been chosen looking for highest quality standards and the simplicity of the ingredients for achieving a great enjoyment of the tastes.

The tables are set with coffee and milk. For the rest, you have the possibility to choose among fresh fruit or fruit in syrup, croissant and pastries, yogurt, cereals, juices, bread and marmalades.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Very good hotel - very central location as well - right next to the Arena! Would definitely consider staying here again the next time I'm in Verona!

It took a long time to get a response and when we did they could not accommodate us as there was a festival (Vinitalia) on - it would have been much better to know this quickly so that we could make other arrangements rather than waiting to find out.

Ottima la posizione per raggiungere tutti i siti della città, sia per le visite turistiche che per lo shopping, comodissimo soprattutto per l'arena qualora come me volete andare a vedere un opera o uno spettacolo, 3 minuti a piedi. Ottima l'insonorizzazione delle stanze. Colazione ricca, con prodotti freschi ogni mattina, sia salato che dolce. Il proprietario disponibile e molto educato. Molto pulito con stanze comode. Insomma lo consiglio, io ci tornerò di sicuro.
