Description
Bed & Breakfast Anna is located in a very quiet residential and green area, not far from the sea and the beach as well as the historical centre of Cervia. The perfect place for a tranquil and timeless holiday. We have a peacefull terrace and garden where our guests can relax.

Our rooms have just all been completely renovated and modernised and have: shower, hair dryer, air conditioning, mini bar, safety box, LCD television screen with SAT, internet connection. Some rooms also have a balcony. All rooms can be (automatically) accessed day and night (24 hours).

Our quality breakfast is served as a buffet. We only use fresh and make home made products. Breakfast is served from 8: 30 to 10: 30 AM in the breakfast room, on the terrace or in the garden.

Bed & Breakfast Anna has been run by our family for over 20 years.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 3 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

Magnificent stay and maximum availability of the manager in satisfying every request and need of the guests. Pierluigi is very welcoming, helpful, and takes great care of the property. Everything is clean and tidy, both the common areas and the room. Wonderful and plentiful breakfast, all delicious. The location of the property is also convenient: a few steps from both the sea and the center. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 nights at Garnì Anna, a treat from the kindness and discretion of the owner Pierluigi, to his cakes, fruit salads, and breakfast variety. Spacious room with a comfortable bed equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing holiday, just a few steps from the beach, the historic center, and the beautiful bars along the Cervia canal. It was a week in full relaxation, very beautiful structure, in a top position located in the center of Cervia on Viale Volturno 150 meters from the sea, well-kept garden at the entrance with tall trees like pines, plane trees that also line the entire Viale Volturno. A special mention goes to friend Pier Luigi who, in addition to the courteous welcome, is very skilled in preparing homemade desserts. Giving a 10 to this structure is an understatement. I will definitely return!

Purtroppo non ricordo il nome del gestore, è gentilissimo, discreto, efficiente. La mattina a colazione ci sono anche i dolci che prepara lui personalmente, e sono buonissimi.

Albergo molto pulito, colazione abbondante con anche ottimi dolci fatti dal proprietario, la posizione ottima a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro del paese. Prezzo giusto.

Siamo stati molto bene in questa struttura, le camere erano pulite e Pierluigi sempre a disposizione. a pochi passi dal mare e dal porto, la posizione era perfetta. Abbiamo viaggiato con una bimba di un anno e ci è stato dato a disposizione un seggiolino per la colazione che fra l'altra era ottima con le sue torte fresche (al pomeriggio si sentiva il profumo di torta nel cortile), i succhi di frutta e un piccolo buffet per i palati salati. Sono stata con le mie figlie, ci siamo trovate veramente molto bene, sia per la cortesia del proprietario sia per la posizione eccezionale della struttura, a due passi a dal centro e anche dal mare.
