A beautiful agriturismo set in lovely grounds. Peaceful location despite being close to motorways. Comfortable room, great swimming pool and excellent restaurant on site. A perfect place to stay in order to visit Lake Garda and the vineyards of Bardolino and Valpolicella.

We had a good stay. The location is very well situated to reach Lake Garda. The environment is pleasant amidst the vineyards. Very nice pool. Breakfast on the terrace is perfect, and the on-site restaurant is good. Thank you for your hospitality. A very beautiful region of Italy to visit.

Nice little hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff, very clean rooms, nice pool, but the sunbeds are very hard. Cushions are missing here. In the restaurant, you can eat very well and cheaply. We would recommend the hotel.

A truly great accommodation, super clean, friendly staff, the associated Trattoria is recommended, the connection for the onward journey is perfect. The breakfast was super great, very rich and with many homemade dishes, no wishes were left unfulfilled. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The only downside could be that there could be more drinks in the vending machine and drinks available. However, we were the only guests, so it is probably not representative. We were very satisfied and would gladly come back for an overnight stay.

Super nice B&B, breakfast was more than enough. An automatic machine with chilled drinks and chips is on the terrace, we could even take wine in the evening for an extra cost. A great restaurant is right next door, so nothing was missing.

The structure is very beautiful and elegant. The rooms are spacious. I appreciated the tea corner very much. The location is convenient for those, like us, who need a place close to the main roads. It is not just lake, but it still has a beautiful view of the vineyards. The owners are very kind and helpful. I recommend it for those who do not intend to go to the lake every day, but want to explore the surroundings.

Ideal place for a relaxing holiday, immersed in greenery and silence. The farmhouse is elegant and well-kept in every detail, both in the indoor and outdoor spaces. Magnificent pool surrounded by roses and vineyards. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location. Top services. What, in our opinion, makes the difference is the property. In Nicola and Federica, we found hospitality, a smile, and a welcome upon our arrival. It's not so obvious. Tranquility and relaxation at the highest levels. Neat structure, functional terrace, impeccable greenery maintenance, pool with sunbeds and umbrellas service, small lake, vineyards in plain sight, and well, we'll stop here so as not to bore those who are reading. It's a shame we didn't have more days to stay. No problem for our four-legged friend Pepe, and this is not always so obvious either. To be taken into consideration for the next travel availability in the "area of Lake Garda". Definitely see you next time. Mauro, Vania, Pepe.

Excellent property to stay at. Welcoming location and helpful and courteous managers. Attached restaurant of excellent standard. Only negative feedback is the proximity of high traffic roads that disturb the peace of the place. Overall, I recommend it.

Great stay! Both for the neat, comfortable and secluded structure, yet easy to reach. The view from the terrace fills with peace: from the beautifully maintained English lawns (perfect for barefoot walks), to the pool complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, plus a patio just a few steps away for an exclusive retreat, and then the picnic area for grilling with friends and the pond, surrounded by lush vineyards, for beautiful morning walks. The genuine and not occasional courtesy make it pleasant to chat on the terrace after dinner. Congratulations to the managers and staff. Highly recommend for a weekend of relaxation, but given the area, also for a short break. See you soon.

Very nice farmhouse immersed in a beautiful environment. The view of the little lake is spectacular! Abundant breakfasts with very tasty sweets and attentive to the local tradition. In a very strategic position for the various villages of Lake Garda. Friendly staff always available to provide information. We stayed in a superior room taking advantage of the B&Bday and we were pleasantly impressed.

The structure is very welcoming as well as the owners. Very close to the highway exit but in a kind of oasis where you can pleasantly unwind, the breakfast is abundant and rich in sweet alternatives. A bit basic on the savory side. There is only one aspect that disappointed me a bit: the room, or rather: the bathroom. Unfortunately, the shower in the bathtub was rather uncomfortable. It's a real shame because everything else is very pleasant.

Thanks to Nicola and Federica for their extreme availability and kindness. The place is very well-kept and quiet. The pool area is very pleasant. From the breakfast terrace you can enjoy a charming panorama enclosed between a small lake and a vineyard. Close to Bardolino and the main highway connections. Emanuele and I had a great time. We will definitely come back.

We spent a weekend dedicated to relaxation and tranquility in a truly beautiful environment. The garden is a gem. Good and abundant breakfast. The location is excellent, 5 minutes by car to reach both Lazise and Bardolino. We will definitely come back.

Although very close to a major highway, the structure is immersed in greenery in a countryside setting; the house is very well-kept, as are the rooms and services; tranquility and silence are not lacking. The welcome is punctual and warm; the managers are helpful and kind. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, with sweet and savory foods; homemade cakes and biscuits are not lacking. In the large garden, there is a swimming pool. Agriturismo Ca' Persiane has a restaurant where you can enjoy excellent local cuisine.

B&B easy and convenient to find. The manager is always available and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The room is spotless, with welcome water bottles and chocolates to sweeten dreams. The location is ideal for exploring the (beautiful) area. Adjacent to the property is a very good restaurant with very friendly staff. Despite the pouring rain over the weekend and the persistent gray, I will remember it full of colors, like the napkin flower. If I had to find something to criticize, I would choose the shower dispenser. The jet was a bit too strong and couldn't be adjusted. And if this is a flaw, then everything was perfect. Thank you.

Very kind and helpful managers, clean and well-kept rooms, excellent location for lake, pools, amusement parks, and shopping centers. Very rich and varied breakfast! First of all, the people. The managers Federica and Nicola are two excellent and kind people, always willing to please the customers. They also made a small refreshment (Brulè Party) before dinner to greet all the weekend guests. The structure: welcoming, with a convenient and large parking lot. Well-kept and spacious rooms. Impeccable cleanliness. They provided us with the keys to the car gate, the entrance to the B&B, and those of the room (of course) so as to make us perfectly autonomous and independent from schedules. Abundant breakfasts with fantastic fresh sweets (tarts and small pastries). Next to the B&B there is also an excellent restaurant, which for those who arrive maybe a bit later in the evening provides an excellent, really excellent menu without having to go around looking for other places to dine. Everything really perfect.

Surrounded by greenery, quiet location and convenient for traveling to the highway, the city of Verona, and the locations on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Very kind and helpful owners. Clean room, well heated, and comfortable bed. Abundant breakfast with a good variety of sweets, savory options, and fresh fruit. Restaurant adjacent to Agriturismo Ca' Persiane in a very welcoming environment with excellent regional cuisine. The quality-price ratio is excellent. I recommend it.

The accomodation have nine rooms, two of them decorated with a large canopy bed. All rooms have air conditioning, satellite television and high-speed DSL free internet wi-fi service. The property has lots of green spaces available to guests and is equipped with comfortable relaxation areas with umbrellas and sunbeds, and children can enjoy a special play area. In our lake you can fish for free.
