Nestled in the green hills of Torricelle, Alla Fontana del Ferro is a short walk from the historic center, giving the impression of being in the country: 600 mt from Roman Theatre and Ponte Pietra, 1. 5 km from Piazza Erbe and via Mazzini, 2 km from Piazza Bra and the Arena.

Close enough to the center to be able to move by foot, but far enough to guarantee you a peaceful rest after a busy day of sightseeing
Our recently renovated rooms, are located on ground floor, and each one has:

* Coffee machine and kettle with selection of teas and coffees.

As during 2018 the property will be going through renovation works inolving the exterior of a nearest building, part of the garden and of the parking lot will not be available. During this period you may experience minor disturbances on weekdays between 8. 00 and 16. 00. During weekends and holidays works will be stopped, so you will have no disturb at all.

Despite the closure of the parking lot, we have some availability of parking in the garden. Please specify at booking time if you need parking: availability is subject to confirmation on a first-come, first-served bases. We will confirm availability by email.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Very good location, within easy walking distance of the town centre. Comfortable room, and nice to have a coffee machine to use. Parking available which was good. My only complaint is that there was no fresh bread for breakfast, but there is a bakery not far away...Check-in and check-out was very well organized.

Frühstück ist typisch italienisch nur süsse Sachen, wenn man dies nicht mag muss man sich selber versorgen, ansonsten kann man Tee, Kaffee (Instant Kaffee) jederzeit machen. Es gibt noch Cornflakes, Milch, Fruchtnektar und Äpfel.

La struttura è molto bella e anche la location. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Le due note negative che ho riscontrato sono state: la poca praticità nel metodo di prenotazione e la forte presenza di umidità nella camera, specialmente nel bagno. Dovrebbero installare dei deumidificatori.

Ottimo B&B con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera con tutti i confort e ottima pulizia. B&B situato in una zona silenziosissima a pochi minuti dal centro. Si può usufruire del parcheggio interno alla struttura.

Ottimo B&B nella parte vecchia di Verona, non lontano dal centro, ci si arriva con una piacevole passeggiata di una ventina di minuti (si passa dal ponte vecchio, splendido panorama). Noi soggiornavamo nella stanza rossa, accogliente, materasso in lattice comodo, piccolo spazio cucina con forno micronde e tutto il necessario (stoviglie, posate, piatti ecc) camino, bella e romantica. Posto auto di fronte alla camera. Il B&B è all'interno di uno splendido giardino, peccato aver trovato brutto tempo. Concludendo noi ci siamo trovati molto bene in tutto, molto di più che in hotel. Quando torneremo a Verona ritorneremo qui volentieri.

La struttura è in ottima posizione, a 3 km dal centro, per quanto riguarda il mio soggiorno sono stato molto contento poiché ho usufruito della camera per disabili con bagno attrezzato, l'unica osservazione è per lo specchio del bagno troppo alto per chi è sulla sedia a rotelle non ci si vede per cui sarebbe necessario abbassarlo. Per il resto molto bene.
