Valter and Francisco were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to help me when I arrived late due to traffic congestion. The morning breakfast was absolutely delicious and satisfying, with a wide variety of homemade items prepared by Francisca. Staying at the B&B Orchard in Viterbo was more than just a place to sleep; it provided a unique opportunity to experience the tranquility of the long nights and observe the vibrant Italian culture right from my room window, which faced the street. The location was ideal, and I was able to stay connected with the local people and truly enjoy the authentic Italian atmosphere. Additionally, there was a charming bookshop located just below the B&B, where I was able to purchase some gifts for my son. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this place and I hope to return to Viterbo, next time with my family.

We loved staying here. The room was very comfortable and roomy and it was easy to walk everywhere. We got lost trying to find it and our host came and got us on his bicycle. We will stay here again if we return to Viterbo.

It was a bit like staying in a museum, decorated in Chinese style. Nice breakfast in the morning with Valter and his son. Everything nice. Spectacular price.

Excellent welcome, both managers were very helpful and nice. The structure is in an excellent central location, but with various parking solutions. The only flaw in my opinion is the need to renew the mattress, the cleanliness could be a bit more accurate especially regarding the dust. The breakfast is certainly abundant but packaged and rather standard, for a bed and breakfast I would have expected more accuracy. However, it was a good stay and I recommend it for a weekend in Viterbo!

Eventualmente con un extra di 8€ al giorno è possibile parcheggiare all'interno di un cortile poco distante. Ci sono anche parcheggi poco distanti, sia a pagamento che liberi. La colazione è dolce, e abbondante. I proprietari hanno fornito tutte le informazioni per poter girare la città, fornendo mappa, indicazioni per la cena ecc... Hanno preteso il pagamento in contanti. Nota negativa: farsi rilasciare una ricevuta regolarmente compilata, e la copia del versamento delle tasse di soggiorno. È stato possibile riceverla per email, dopo varie richieste, nel corso del giorno di uscita dalla struttura.

I stayed with my family in two rooms, the hosts were very kind and friendly, they showed us the city and possible itineraries in the area. Clean, comfortable structure equipped with everything you might need (towels, soaps, creams...) and more. And finally, the breakfast, a very pleasant surprise, excellent homemade cakes by the lady, as well as the jams: good and plentiful. Surely if we return to the area our choice will be confirmed.

With my wife and a few months old son, we stayed at this property for only one night to break up the long journey towards Basilicata and we made the right choice. The location in the historic center is excellent for visiting the medieval area of Viterbo. You can arrive by car to unload your luggage and then park for free just outside the walls (7 minutes on foot). The managers were very kind and helpful, despite our arrival well beyond the check-in time due to numerous incidents on the A1. Comfortable beds, cozy rooms, and a great breakfast! Thank you for the welcome and hospitality.

The B&B Orchard is well located in the city, within the walls and a short walk from the center. The structure is clean and well maintained. The furnishings are elegant and functional. The owners are excellent hosts, extremely kind and helpful. I recommend trying the breakfast inside the structure, made up of homemade pastries and local products.

The B&B Orchard is close to the station but inside the walls, in a convenient and central location. The room is tastefully decorated with a very personal touch and clean. The breakfast is rich and varied, perhaps it could be supplemented with some savory elements, especially for foreigners, but still excellent. The breakfast is excellent and the welcome is punctual and precise in every aspect. The owners provided us with directions on how to move around and where to eat, also taking advantage of a small discount at affiliated restaurants. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Viterbo also for its very central location and the possibility of parking in a private area with a gate.

Excellent location, perfect position to reach various points of interest. Very spacious and bright room, also equipped with a small courtyard. Excellent breakfast with homemade baked goods. This is a Bed and Breakfast located in the historic heart of Viterbo. The absolutely enviable location allows you to forget about the car, as the B&B is located in the historic center. Equipped with all the necessities and impeccable cleanliness and attention. The manager turned out to be a very kind person who provided a historical overview of the city and surroundings, also suggesting routes of significant historical tourist attraction. It was a very pleasant stay that unfortunately lasted just over 24 hours, a praise goes to the Orchard manager.

This place is perfect. Located in the center of Viterbo but not in ZTL. Francesca was very kind, like having a mom. She even entertained my 3-month-old baby to let me enjoy breakfast calmly. The bathroom, also very pleasant, could be improved with the fixing of small inaccuracies that, however, do not compromise its comfort and use. Although the B&B is in the center, fortunately I always found parking for the car both in the afternoon and late in the evening. Pleasant hostess attentive to the needs of the customer. L'appartamento è bellissimo, elegante, confortevole, pulitissimo e molto funzionale. La posizione centralissima permette di raggiungere il cuore di Viterbo in 5 minuti a piedi. I gestori sono molto attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti e molto disponibili. E' stata una vacanza perfetta sotto tutti i punti di vista, consigliatissimo, 5 stelle! GRAZIE!

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere ospiti di Francesca e Walter per 3 notti. Eravamo due nuclei familiari ed abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza degna di nota. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, ci hanno riempiti di consigli a tutto tondo. La mattina era piacevolissimo fare colazione in compagnia di Francesca che ci ha deliziato con i suoi dolci e marmellate fatte in casa. Grande attenzione verso ogni singolo ospite, tenendo conto che un membro del gruppo è intollerante al lattosio, Walter e Francesca si sono prodigati a cercare alimenti idonei. Il b&b gode di posizione invidiabile nel meraviglioso centro storico di Viterbo, l'appartamento è comodo, pulito, ben arredato e fresco. Unico consiglio per chi sarà ospite: la notte è preferibile chiudere bene le finestre perchè collocato in una via di passaggio. Se dovessimo ripassare per Viterbo, Orchard sarà sicuramente la nostra casetta

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo b&b. Cosa dire? Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. La b&b è facile da raggiungere, in zona centrale e nello stesso tempo in zona tranquilla nel quartiere medioevale di Viterbo. Colazione abbondante e le marmellate sono tutte da provare in quanto fatte in casa dalla proprietaria.

Finalmente un vero bed and breakfast! Una casa in cui ci si sente accolti e coccolati dai proprietari, e che si trova in un punto davvero strategico per visitare la città e i dintorni, con la comodità del parcheggio a 10 passi. Sono stata insieme a due amiche all'Orchard durante una tappa della via francigena, considero il B&B bellissimo e il migliore che ho trovato quest'anno lungo il percorso. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come in famiglia per il calore e la disponibilità che entrambe i padroni di casa hanno avuto nei nostri confronti. Si sono rivelati anche ottima fonte di informazione a livello turistico tanto da consigliare ai prossimi ospiti di fare a meno delle guide locali impreparate ed onerose. La colazione poi è stata degna della fama che la precedeva. La signora è un ottima pasticciera e ogni giorno abbiamo trovato torte e biscotti fatti da lei e sempre diversi. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziarla ancora e consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare Viterbo la sua struttura. Nicola.

I gestori sono molto ospitali e disponibili e il B&B risponde alle aspettative: è pulitissimo, caldo, attrezzato, centrale e con parcheggio sicuro accanto all'ingresso.

Abbiamo passato un bel fine settimana, nel relax più totale passando poi la sera del soggiorno presso le terme dei papi. Grazie alla struttura abbiamo anche goduto di sconti presso le terme. La struttura è spettacolare abbiamo soggiornato li insieme ad un altra coppia di amici. Il titolare è una persona fantastica come la moglie la quale ci ha preparato una colazione spettacolare e un ciambellone favoloso. Il B&B è situato al centro di Viterbo nelle mura medievali. Molto vicino poi ci sono dei posticini dove andare a mangiare senza spendere molto (25€ circa a testa). Esperienza da rifare al più presto.
