Bed and Breakfast ' AURORA BOREALÈsi located in a private detached villa away from the hustle with a large enclosed courtyard surrounded by 3 000 sqm garden, terrace with tables, FREE PARKING. FREE WI-FI
Our property is located, a 5 minute walk (400 MT.), I 2 stops by bus 409 of the SUBWAY STATION AND FS TIBURTINA from which it is easy to reach any destination (eg. Fiumicino Airport, Termini, the new Fiera di Roma, sea ??at Ostia, the Colosseum, etc..), University La Sapienza bus No. 545 stops 3.

The prices per room are as follows:
from € 35 to € 50 for a double for single use with shared bathroom
from € 45 to € 70 for a double for single use with private bathroom
from € 40 to € 70 for a double bed (or 2 twin beds) with shared bathroom
from € 60 to € 100 for a double or (2 double beds) with private bathroom

For the first extra bed (for a maximum of two in the larger rooms) there is a surcharge of € 15, € 10 for the second
There are specials and "last minute" bookings for groups or at particular times of the year (request for information by phone or e-mail).

All rooms have digital TV in plasma.

The balance of the stay must be paid in cash on arrival, once registered our customers we give them the keys of B / B and are free to come and go at any time.

The difference in price depends on the presence or absence of the bath in the room and No. of nights.

In the price are included: breakfast (croissant and coffee or cappuccino at his choice, tea, coffee, milk) from 8: 00 till 11
: The room cleaning, changing hands dry all day from 8: 00 until 11, 30
: The parking

Very good place to stay for a couple of days in Rome, close to the metro station and various places to shop and bus stop, the owner very nice, we didn't know they made the bed for us every day and that's a plus, the room itself is simple but super cool for 2 people, the pillow is very hard and one day ants came in due to humidity, but the rest all great.

It is essential to check the Internet signal in the room we were given as it is very important for intercontinental travelers for communications. Not only was it poor, there was also no good phone reception and we could not use our own resources. The rest was great. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful owner, room quite clean, the only downside was that a refrigerator was needed in the room, otherwise everything was fine. I will definitely come back to visit them. Thank you.

Fast and clear communication with the manager, who was also very patient and kind to welcome us a little beyond the time we had announced. A 1 km walk from Tiburtina station. Essential rooms, perfect for recovering strength after days out in Rome. Despite being close to a busy street, I slept very well.

Great location, very close to Tiburtina train and metro station, well connected by buses as well. Simple, clean, and comfortable room; small but clean bathroom equipped with all amenities (3 towels, hairdryer, and toiletry set).

The structure is very close to Tiburtina station, the room was very comfortable and spacious, the cleanliness was satisfactory and the managers very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money. Recommended to everyone!

I'm sorry, but for the price requested, the room was a bit run-down, with dated furniture. The sheets and towels were clean, but the rest of the room needs a refresh. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and there were hairs everywhere. I definitely won't come back.

Convenient location very close to Tiburtina station from which you can reach all the places of interest by metro. Good value for money. Despite the nearby road, it is very quiet. The room managers are kind. For those with a car, there is the possibility of internal parking.

Overall a good compromise to spend less, 5 minutes from Tiburtina so not exactly in the center but still convenient for getting around with public transportation.
