Description
Our bed and breakfast is located just 6km from the sea in a hilly area surrounded by greenery with panoramic views of the sea. Near Fano and Pesaro excellent location for tourist destinations such as Urbino, Gradara, San Leo, Frasassi, and several medieval villages in the area. We have a swimming pool, large green spaces where you can walk, soccer field and volleyball court, benches under trees, gazebo with barbeque sea views, large balconies and porches, outdoor games for children, table tennis and table football.

Our rooms are all en suite, decorated in rustic style with wooden floors, ventilation or heating, air conditioning. Breakfast is served with homemade yogurt and jams and cakes in the oven.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 45 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Smoking is not allowed in the room,or to bring food and beverages that can stain the parquet or connect coolers. Staying with Stefano and his family is a unique experience. It starts with a warm welcome (in English if you prefer) and continues with a home-made breakfast. A daily clean-up of your room is also included. Next, Stefano is always available for advice on possible trips into the region, you only have to tell what you like the most and he will find something that suits you. And last but not least, Stefano is always there for a chat if you like. This B&B and family was a great experience and the best way to discover Le Marche.

The B&B run by Stefano and his family is synonymous with complete relaxation. Beautifully situated, hidden among the characteristic Marchian hills, the introduction begins with a warm welcome. The B&B has four rooms. The breakfast is simple but well cared for. On the grounds are several seats with a beautiful view over the hills with the sea on the horizon. The air-conditioned room is well furnished and very clean. A wonderful place to relax. Heartily recommended.

Quiet, suitable for families with children, the manager is always available and very hospitable. Good breakfast with homemade products. The only downside is that a week has flown by, we had a good time. I recommend it to those looking for a simple and family-friendly place.

We really recommend this property, which is very well suited both for rest and as a starting point to explore the region. The owner is very friendly and available to give advice on places to visit, restaurants, and everything that allows you to optimize your vacation. Can we give 10 and praise in all categories? Yes, we can! We spent 8 truly unforgettable days. A very warm welcome upon arrival. Stefano is a very kind and friendly host. His tips for our stay were really valuable. Cleaning, order, and care of the structure are truly excellent. Simple but homely and genuine breakfast, just what you need to start the day with a smile. Perfect location for a peaceful vacation, away from traffic and noise, ideal for breaking away from the hectic routine. Nice location, beautiful panorama immersed in the greenery, attractions for children. Courteous and helpful managers. It's a pity there was no possibility to eat something in the structure in the evening without always having to go out. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The B&B Madonna degli Angeli is really very beautiful, the rooms are well-kept and so are the services offered. Breakfast with homemade cakes and jams, fresh fruit and the oil produced by the owner with his olive trees. Very relaxed atmosphere, tranquility and familiarity. The location is perfect, very close to Fano and Pesaro, but away from traffic and noise with the background of the hills everywhere and on the horizon the view of the sea. Also very close to excellent restaurants with typical dishes and a restaurant that also offers vegan alternatives. Recommended for families and couples. Especially for couples for the romantic backdrop.

Located just outside the city, on a huge land covered with olive trees, this B&B Madonna degli Angeli is ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything. Stefano, with his whole family, manages it excellently and is fully available to give you advice on the area. The breakfast with homemade jams, yogurt, and cakes is good. Recommended 100%.

Ho soggiornato presso il B&B Madonna degli Angeli, per un rapido spostamento tra i borghi della zona e godere dell'atmosfera natalizia. Questo B&B è assolutamente da tenere in considerazione, è in posizione strategica rispetto al territorio di Fano e Pesaro; ottimo per raggiungere borghi sconosciuti ai più, ma non privi di grande fascino. La struttura è come dovrebbe essere un vero B&B, carino, curato e accogliente, l'anima di una casa di campagna col sapore delle colline romagnole. L'accoglienza è stata piacevole ed educata. Il proprietario si è dimostrato cordiale e affabile. La stanza (magnolia), ampia luminosa e PULITA. Me ne ricorderò per l'estate. Ottimo.

Ottima location, per chi cerca la tranquillità a contatto con la natura. Proprietario veramente disponibile e prodigo di consigli su tutto, grazie a lui siamo stati nelle spiagge più belle e mangiato nei posti migliori di Fano, da tornare assolutamente! Ottima l'accoglienza da parte del gestore Stefano, sempre pronto a dare consigli decisamente azzeccati su cosa fare, cosa vedere, dove mangiare nei dintorni. Ottima la colazione, con una nuova torta fatta in casa ogni giorno, yogurt casalingo, frutta raccolta nel frutteto del grande giardino e usata per squisite marmellate. Incantevole la posizione: silenziosa, immersa nella natura e vicina all'affascinante borgo medievale di Novilara. Camera gradevole e pulitissima, con tutti i confort. Relax assicurato nella piccola piscina.

Abbiamo passato un fine settimana meraviglioso in questo paradiso tra le colline, immerso nel verde, nella tranquillità, nel silenzio assoluto. È un po' lontano dal centro di Fano e bisogna spostarsi solo in auto, però ne vale assolutissimamente la pena. Le spiagge vicine sono molto belle, in particolar modo quella di Sassonia. Stefano è un padrone di casa con i fiocchi, sempre gentile, disponibile, sorridente, ci ha fatto una bellissima accoglienza, ci ha trattati come principi e viziati in ogni momento. Ci torneremo di sicuro e lo consiglio vivamente!
