I loved this property. The view of Assisi is spectacular. The host (Patricia) is very hospitable and really nice. She picks you up when you come by train and if you come by car you have a gated parking spot.

The B&B is in Santa Maria degli Angeli, on a really quiet and well-located avenue for getting around. There is a spectacular view of Assisi and parking is available. We did not have breakfast because we left early and the owner, Mrs. Patricia, was really kind from the first moment. The room is simple but has everything necessary and the bed is very comfortable; the water is very hot. The common areas need improvement, for example the door that separates the room and a bit of general tidiness. All in all, good. Thank you Patricia.

We spent a weekend with my husband. Enchanting place where you can admire Assisi. Small room with terrace where you can have breakfast when the weather is nice. Patricia is very kind and helpful. Surrounded by greenery and a few steps from the station to comfortably take the buses and go up to Assisi. Convenient also for walking to Santa Maria degli Angeli.

In a quiet countryside area, easy to reach, 5 minutes from Santa Maria degli Angeli and 10 minutes from Assisi. Beautiful panorama overlooking Assisi, abundant breakfast, very kind and friendly family-like people, great friendly atmosphere. Recommended for nature lovers also due to the presence of dogs and cats that do not cause any discomfort, except for mosquitoes. Clean, spacious rooms with air conditioning and a fan, very clean shower bathroom. The structure is in an expansion phase with a planned future pool. I recommend this place for those who love tranquility, with a fair and affordable price for everyone. A 10 out of 10 experience, so if I have the chance, I will return without hesitation.

Patricia was kind, caring and helpful. In her farmhouse, my room was simple but equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (independent bathroom, air conditioning). Very well organized to promote guest independence. Inexpensive, with excellent value for money. It is located in the countryside but not far from the station, bus stop and main Franciscan sites. The view of Assisi is very beautiful.

We stayed one night in this farmhouse located in Santa Maria degli Angeli: from the window of the room you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of Assisi; in a few minutes on foot you can reach the station, where the bus also stops that goes directly to the upper city, a stone's throw from the Basilica. Excellent value for money.

This house is located in the countryside, exactly halfway between Santa Maria degli Angeli and the Basilica of San Francesco, close to the train station and the bus stop. This allowed us to experience the touching religious functions of October 3 and 4 in simplicity and serenity. Mrs. Patricia is cheerful and her welcome is attentive and caring.

Recommended especially for those traveling by motorcycle, parking in the closed courtyard and in 5 minutes you are at Porta San Francesco where you can park the motorcycle without problems, simple and clean renovated rooms, from the outside the garden is a bit unkempt but you see all of Assisi. We absolutely recommend it.

An enchanting place, at the foot of Assisi, a breathtaking landscape in a place where spirituality, art, and greenery vie for a unique primacy in the world. The Daisy B&B is quiet, with reserved parking inside the courtyard, shaded and comfortable. The room, which we could choose, was on the ground floor, independent and silent. Simple furnishings, impeccable cleanliness: fresh laundry towels every day. Satisfying breakfast, enjoyed on the terrace to savor the pleasant morning freshness and the spectacular view of the city. Kind and helpful host, very attentive to our requests. The scorching heat did not prevent Umbria from entering our hearts: we will definitely return to continue our visits and discover other corners of wonder. The Daisy B&B is one of these, with the rooster crowing in the morning, the centuries-old trees, and the courteous hospitality of a distinguished English lady and her beautiful family. Excellent value for money.

I would say a strategic location in Santa Maria degli Angeli. It is in the countryside but at the same time not even a minute from the main communication routes. Absolutely enchanting view of Assisi. The room we stayed in was quite spacious, even though with carpeted floor (personally I don't like it). The bathroom is good, although the presence of a step requires some attention. The owner and the family in general are very courteous. The cost is competitive. We stayed only one night as we were already on the way back, but we will visit again.

My husband and I spent two unforgettable days. Mrs. Daisy, the owner, is a very kind and helpful person, also willing to give directions on things to see and restaurants to go to eat. The breakfast is abundant and good. The villa is beautiful, with a huge garden and a postcard view of Assisi, very romantic. My husband and I will definitely return in spring. We recommend it.

The Daisy B&B is new, everything is tastefully decorated. The host, Patrícia, deserves much more than 5 stars. She is sensational, dedicated, attentive, without us asking, she offered to pick us up and take us to the train station, despite it being very close, she gave us tourist and food indications, welcomed us as if we were her family. She made every effort to communicate with my husband, who only speaks Brazilian Portuguese (and you versa), they talked a lot. I swear, if I ever go back to Assisi, I will definitely choose to stay with Patrícia again.
