Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Wonderful villa, great people who welcomed us warmly. Nice room, very comfortable beds, and a rich breakfast with a lot of choices. Parking is easy too. We were here the second time, and again it was outstanding.

The room did not correspond to the photos but the issue was quickly resolved, further satisfying the requested needs. If the room was maintained and reviewed, the price could be much higher. However, very satisfied.

Easily accessible location. B&B Villa Adriana on the road to the Sacro Monte but definitely quiet area. Very kind and helpful managers. Excellent value for money.

Villa liberty molto bella, situata ai piedi della via che porta al Sacro Monte di Varese. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere alloggiati nella torre della casa, con la vista sui 4 lati, molto romantica ed apprezzata. La signora Adriana, deliziosa, gestisce molto bene la struttura.
