B&B FLORALIA is located in the historical center of Florence, 20 metres from the Duomo, near all the other most important monuments of the city and the railway station of Santa Maria Novella. It offers a good and family accomodation for your holiday in Florence and the staff will be very glad to help you in all yours needs.

The bedrooms have private bathroom inside, adjustable electric shovels on the ceiling, digital lcd television and free wi fi.

The cleaning is made every day.

In a small room you'll find to your disposition a computer with free internet service and at the reception package, map of the city and safety box are free.

We offers a tipical italian breakfast in the big room near the room of the computer.

Common areas are air-conditioned.

To your arrival we'll give to you the keys so you can move to your liking without respecting any time of reentry.

Finally it will be our care to signal you some typical restaurants to make you taste the best fiorentine specialties at contained prices.

Even though I only stayed a short time I was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed was big and very comfortable, the room was clean, the shower worked well. Most importantly as a solo female traveler I felt safe. Sabino and his family were so accommodating and kind, wonderful people. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Amazing property with awesome hosts. The property is very well located in the Center of the city. Hosts are very welcoming and we had an amazing time with them. The only problem is that Wifi connection is very weak specially in the room we were staying. All in all a fantastic stay with fantastic hosts.

It is a lovely b&b seven seconds walk from Piazza Del Duomo. The beds is comfortable and Sabino is warm and on hand with any requests. He takes pride in his work and offers pieces of local advice. Thank you Sabino!

Ideal location to visit Florence: 100 meters from Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo. Calm at nicht? Sabino is a great host, and room is clean with a very comfortable bed. Great price for value. I recommend.

We loved our stay in Florence! Sabino was very welcoming and spoke English wonderfully which was very helpful. You are less than a block from the Duomo, which is fantastic! Our room was spacious and clean. The windows were into a busy street which was nice for us to see the city life, but did make it a bit noisy at night, but was not an issue for us. Fresh espresso made just for us each morning. Selection of meat, cheese, toast, individually wrapped pastries, juices, yogurt also provided. We were so happy we stayed an additional night prior to flying home.

Sabino is very kind as a host. My partner and I loved the location of this place as it was super central, only a few minutes from the Duomo! Only areas for improvement might be: possibly some different breakfast options (e. g. fresh croissants) and also the fact that the sound can travel down the hallway in the early morning/late at night (otherwise the place is nice and quiet). Thanks for the nice stay Sabino! We recommend your place.

I had an excellent stay here! I highly recommend it! The host was very nice and very helpful with all your needs and the location was perfect! Right near the Duomo and leather shops. You really can't beat the price! Will stay here again next time I am in Florence!

Such a wonderful stay at Floralia. Sabino and Silvia were great hosts, were great communicating with me and helped me bring my bags up. They also let me leave my bags after checkout. The location is absolutely unbeatable in terms of how center it is. It’s also very quiet because the rooms are to the back of the building and so sweetly decorated. Bed was also comfortable. Great for budget and quality. I would definitely stay here again!

Das B&B Floralia hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es befindet sich nur etwa 100m vom Dom entfernt, also inmitten des Zentrums von Florenz. Sabino war sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war klein, aber ausreichend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Alles in allem ist das B&B Floralia sehr zu empfehlen!

Soggiorno di due notti da Sabino. La posizione parla da sé: letteralmente a due passi dalla Cattedrale. Impossibile resistere alla simpatia di Sabino, si potrebbe chiacchierare con lui per ore. Pulizia impeccabile nella nostra stanza. Per il prezzo, la serietà e la location in pieno centro, impossibile farselo sfuggire.

Io e mia figlia ci siamo trovate davvero bene. Il gestore è stato molto attento e disponibile, la camera con bagno privato pulitissima e la posizione centralissima. Se proprio devo fare una piccolissima critica, la colazione abbondante e con una ricca scelta ma esclusivamente prodotti confezionati. Comunque consiglierò sicuramente questo posto.

Sono stato di a Firenze nei giorni di Pasqua! devo riconoscere che la location si trova in un posto molto centrale, vicinissimo al Duomo di Firenze, su una strada piena di negozi e di ristoranti! per quanto riguarda il proprietario della struttura non ho nulla da rimproverare! Una persona molto squisita, molto gentile, e sopratutto molto accogliente e debbo dire anche molto socievole! Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Firenze ci tornerei volentieri!

B&B molto accogliente, bella camera doppia con tutto il necessario, in pieno centro storico a due passi dalla stazione, nel vivo della movida fiorentina. Il gestore, Sabino, molto cordiale e disponibile nell'aiutarci con consigli su come spostarsi in città. Lo consiglio a chiunque e ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Il B&B nonchè il sig. Sabino sono stati il raggio di sole in un viaggio praticamente sotto la pioggia. Nonostante tutto il soggiorno è stato piacevole vista la posizione centrale della struttura e la bellezza della Città di Firenze.

Abbiamo trascorso due piacevoli notti nel B&B il weekend di Capodanno: la stanza era carina e accogliente, calda, lenzuola pulite, tv. Il bagno non è stato un problema anche se non in camera (almeno per la nostra), bastava uscire dalla stanza per raggiungerlo, molto spazioso e provvisto di asciugamani, asciugacapelli e saponi. La colazione come in hotel con diverse cose tra cui scegliere in una sala ampia e ben arredata. I proprietari sono stati gentili sia per telefono che durante il soggiorno, simpatici e attenti ad ogni nostra richiesta. Lo consiglio assolutamente per chiunque abbia voglia di soggiornare a Firenze in comodità e senza spendere troppo!

Non esiste luogo migliore per visitare Firenze. I titolari sono straordinari, la casa ampia, pulitissima così come le stanze. Da ritornare!
