Quiet area and super convenient if you want to go to Mirabilandia. Abundant, homemade breakfast. Wonderful hosts! The rooms are not brand new but they are spacious, comfortable and lack nothing. We had a great time! Thank you for hosting us.

We stayed two nights at this B&B and we had a great time. Mrs Mirca and her husband are very kind and extremely helpful. The room is spotless, the bathroom is large and equipped with all comforts. Great location(10 minutes from Lido di Classe/Lido di Savio station, via the internal passage). Very convenient for Mirabilandia(with a shuttle always from the station for those without a car). Breakfast abundant with croissants, cereals, homemade cakes, coffee, cappuccino, juices etc. Super positive experience, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

We stayed one night at Casa dei Fiori and the experience was really pleasant. The room was very nice, clean, and tidy, with a spacious and comfortable bathroom. The well-kept and relaxing garden also had a nice table where one could enjoy a bit of tranquility. The breakfast was abundant and varied, from sweet to savory, everything was curated in detail. I was looking for a B&B near the Le Siepi Equestrian Center and I must say it met all my expectations. Small, quiet B&B, super clean, great breakfast both savory and sweet, and super price. We also had dinner in the garden among the flowers. 200 meters away, there is a Conad where we also found a charging station for the electric car. I gave a 10, but I would have given even more for the friendliness and availability of the owner.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights, the owner is a very kind, friendly and very helpful person. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The breakfast is excellent, rich in many sweet and savory products, kindly prepared by the owner. We will definitely come back.

Great! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bathroom in the room is also very clean and equipped with every convenience! We were welcomed by Mirca, very kind and available for every need. The breakfast cakes were delicious, handmade and accompanied by other packaged sweet products that cater to many tastes. The large public parking lot, just a stone's throw from the structure's door, is useful and convenient. Overall, it was a very positive experience, definitely worth repeating.

I stayed only for 1 night, but Mrs. Patrizia was exquisite, kind, cordial, and affectionate, very clear in the explanation both on the phone and in person. Breakfast point... too bad that the maximum rating is 10... for me and my kids it was beyond 10... homemade sweets of a unique delicacy, homemade pizzas and piadinas... sublime... and on top of that, the owner even gave us a gift of her piadina. In short, a rating beyond the maximum... 100 and praise! I hope to return soon.

The premise is that my ratings are always related to B&B experiences. That said, it was a very positive experience. I used the facility only for overnight stays and breakfast. The property is very well maintained in a very quiet location and its name, B&B La Casa dei Fiori, represents it well. Well-kept, fresh, and very comfortable, it is located in a strategic location between leisure services like Mirabilandia and the sea, which can be reached by car or bicycle. The breakfast was as advertised and the staff is incredibly helpful and will meet your needs, even for those accustomed to sweet and savory breakfasts in northern countries. We also found fantastic homemade cakes every day. It was a wonderful accommodation experience and such great availability that I have stored the address to make it a reference point even for the future. For those seeking relaxation and inspiration, I must say it is an excellent place to stay for several days and use it as a base for excursions or rest. Initially, I had some concerns about the passing train nearby, but the main line does not pass, there are no trains at night, and those few passing trains even give the structure a touch of romance. Experience to recommend and repeat. Congratulations.

Very nice and well-kept house. A delightful garden. The lady is truly very kind and discreet and hosted us beyond the agreed time. The arrangement of the rooms is designed so that we do not have to share the bathrooms with other guests. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back!

Very happy to have spent three days in the attic with a friend. Spacious, clean, bright room, with vintage furniture excellently maintained. Room cleaning with towel change for each use every day. Quiet, the owners are very friendly and welcoming. They offered to accompany us to the village due to a car breakdown. Breakfast with homemade cakes and more. The garden is perfect for enjoying with company. Hope to see you soon.

Noteworthy welcome, the lady is very kind and helpful, nice chats during the well-stocked breakfast with excellent "homemade" cakes. The proximity to Mirabilandia was what we wanted for our 5-year-old Marco, reachable in a 10-minute drive. The structure is new, clean, beautiful garden, a pity for the very voracious mosquitoes. We recommend it.

We were looking for a property near the Mirabilandia park, and this one certainly suited our needs. Ten minutes by car. The landlady is very helpful and friendly. The location is quiet and the breakfast is plentiful.
