Description
Private house, newly restored in 2013, located in a courtyard in the historical center of Civiglio, small village in the province of Como, of about 700 inhabitants at 613 mt. a. s. l.

You'll get there taking a winding mountain road that leads from Como to Brunate, with a nice and panoramic view of the town and the lake, surrounded by trees, you'll have the chance to see wild life. Civiglio enjoys a cool climate in summer. Ideal for people who love quiet and nature, the village is surrounded by woods with several opportunities for trekking and bike trails.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The home is in a pedestrian area not reachable by car. As it's a private house, guests are requested to inform an indicative arrival time. Animals are not allowed.
B&B conditions expect daily room cleaning, towels and bed sheets change every 3 days; apartment conditions towels change every 3 days, bed sheets every 7days, apartment cleaning only at the end for guest charge. For heating out of regular dates EURO10\day

B&B La Casa Di Trizi is located above Como in a charming small very quit village after following a steep en narrow road from Como. It's a beautiful B&B with beautiful large rooms. The host Roberta is very nice and helpfull. In the evening you could smell the freshly baked cake foor the breakfast next morning. She also speaks her languages very good. The location is ideal as a base for walks or ATB in the nature. It is wonderfully quit and a few minutes walk away is an nice local restaurant Crotto Civiglio. The B&B has a few privat parkingplaces near the B&B and you can park the car at the parkingplace of the restaurant.

We were 2 people staying in one big bedroom at the end of March 2016. The welcoming, breakfast and room were all very good. Roberta is very discrete yet helpful. It's located in a nice small village up the hill above Como. If you arrive there by road, be careful as the road is really steep and curvy! There's a direct bus from Como which we took as well and works well.

Nous avons passez un agréable séjour à la Casa Di Trizzi. La chambre était propre et décorée avec goût. Le petit déjeuner était préparé avec soin et c’était très agréable de pouvoir discuter avec Roberta sur ce qu’il était possible de faire dans la région. Elle est de très bons conseils et parle bien français. Venez y passer plusieurs nuits afin de vous ressourcer et profiter pleinement du lieu. Merci Roberta pour ce très bon moment. Un grand merci à Roberta pour son accueil et sa gentillesse et qui se débrouille très bien en français, ainsi que son papa et Léo, chambres et leurs salles de bain très propres, bien décorées, claires, ménage fait tous les jours, petits déjs copieux, box parking à 500 mètres, endroit calme mais en altitude, à 6kms du lac de Côme. Ganz tolle Unterkunft, für uns war es die ideale Station auf der Heimreise nach Deutschland von weiter südliche aus...sehr zu empfehen, Roberta ist eine tolle und überaus zuverlässige Gastgeberin, zwecks Anreise sollte man Erfahrungen mit Serpentinenfahrten haben, die Herberge hat Charme, tolle Zimmer, erstklassiger Zustand, ab drei Tagen Aufenthalt gibt es die Option für eine separate Unterkunft im Garten. Wir werden noch mal hinfahren und die Casa die Trizzi als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Bus/Schiffsreisen rund um den Comer See nutzen...

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, mitten in einem kleinen Dorf auf einem Berg gelegen. Anfahrt zum Teil über enge Strassen/Serpentinen. Pkw-Garage am Ortsrand.

From San Giovanni railwaystation take the bus N. 5 CIVIGLIO (every 30 minutes) to the terminus; take the slope at the back of the bus stop. At the top continue for other 30 mt. where, at your left, there is a gravel courtyard.

Highway
Take the highway A9 COMO-CHIASSO and esxit COMO SUD. Drive to Como and take the street to Brunate; after about 3 km at the junction, right to CIVIGLIO. After the Church square take the uphill road on your left, pass the restaurant "Crotto", after the second bend, enter the narrow street under the porch with the small fountain, 15 meters more you'll find the gravel courtyard.

From Malpensa Airportt: highway A9 COMO-CHIASSO exit COMO SUD drive to Como and take the street to Brunate; after about 3 km, at the junction, right to CIVIGLIO.
