The house is lovely! The location is perfect if you plan to make a stop on the way to Lecco or Como. The village is gorgeous like the entire coast. But best of everything is the landlady/owner of the B&B! Ann. She was very special to me, helped me with a very big issue I’ve had, I couldn’t make it without her. Thank you so much. I highly recommend it.

This is a B&B in the original sense of the term. The extremely nice hostess warmly welcomes guests into her home. As a single guest, I had the small room with two single beds. With a toilet and a new shower! The sweet breakfast with muesli and fresh fruits matched my expectations perfectly. You can sit on the shaded terrace. Across the street, there is a good restaurant (reservation!). The location is in a quiet residential area close to nature. I would gladly come back. Best regards to Ann and Teddy.

Ann is very kind and caring, her breakfasts are perfect with homemade jams and excellent English tea. Her dog Teddy is very good and not intrusive. Excellent location of the property, halfway up the hill but a stone's throw from the lake. Convenient parking. A few minutes from the house there is a magnificent river where you can swim and sunbathe in peace. We spent wonderful days visiting the surroundings and relaxing. Definitely recommended.

During our trip to Italy, we booked a room from Anne at San Silvestro in Domaso. We were kindly welcomed by Anne and Teddy, her very friendly dog. Anne is of English origin and speaks Italian perfectly as she has been living there for more than fifty years. The B&B is a short walk from the lake and the river. The city center is very nice and there are great restaurants and bars. When the weather is nice, breakfast is served on the sunny terrace overlooking the garden. The range of homemade jams is wide and delicious. They offered us croissants and crispy sandwiches. There was something for everyone, cereals, cheese, ham, and delicious honey. Coffee or tea of your choice. San Silvestro was a pleasant stop with a very pleasant and discreet host in a beautiful and sunny house. Highly recommended!

A very pleasant surprise! The owner, Ann, is a very kind and practical lady. She has two adorable and very sweet but not intrusive dogs. It's rare to find a person who knows how to be welcoming, making the customer feel completely at ease without being intrusive! We will come back to her, we had a great time! Thank you.
