We stayed here one night and it was lovely. The hostess is so warm and welcoming and it feels like you are in a home. Very nice garden also. Highly recommend!

The location is great: next to the train station and walking distance to downtown. The room was clean, except for the bed cover and the toilet carpet that we just removed away immediately. The host answered all our question and was very supportive to keep our luggage before and after our reservation, and print our boarding passes. The breakfast is good, we recommend adding a portion of granola or muesli to mix with the yogurt to add variety.

the owner is very friendly, we arrived on sunday she was even able to tell us which museums etc. were open. The breakfast was served by her personally, there were various fine items. when we are in florence again we will come back

Dear moraq was so kind, warm hearted and accessible. she guided us to know better the city when we arrived there. The place was pretty nice, clean and comfortable. The usable stuff like trash plastic and towliet paper were changed everyday. The room cleans everyday. She served a great breakfast every morning whether you want sit in the kitchen or yard. If you want to have a economic stay this would be best place to stay much better than many two or three stars hotels. All in all it was beyond my expectations. if I come back to florance I would definitely come back here again.

Un b&b veramente molto carino, centralissimo. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi e fermata dei bus a 200 metri. Stanza grande, luminosa calda e pulitissima. Letti molto comodi. Bagno tutto nuovo. Colazione ottima. A disposizione degli ospiti giochi e libri. Massima disponibilità e cortesia. Consigliatissimo.

Ottima accoglienza, localizzazione strategica per gli eventi alla Fortezza da Basso. La stanza un po' piccola ma considerata la breve permanenza, ci sta tutto. Grande professionalità dei gestori. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Mi sono trovato benissimo, posizione centrale e massima pulizia e cortesia. Proprietaria molto attenta a tutte le tue esigenze. Disponibilità di parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze e si può arrivare fino sotto per scaricare anche se è in ZTL, grazie ad una convenzione con il comune.

Siamo stato ospite di questa struttura molto accogliente dal 28 al 30 dicembre. La proprietaria che ci ha accolti disponibile, cortese e sorridente. La camera spaziosa e soprattutto tenuta molto bene. Colazione abbondante. Posizione ottima per visitare il centro storico. Consigliato vivamente.

Bella struttura curata, con camere confortevoli e pulite, situata in una posizione strategica vicino alla stazione di Firenze. Una menzione d'onore per il gestore: una persona estremamente cordiale e onesta che ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra! Lo consiglio vivamente per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo ma soprattutto per la gentilezza del gestore del B&B che di questi tempi è quasi rara come cosa.

Bed&Breakfast consigliatissimo! La proprietaria della struttura ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza e cortesia, si è resa fin da subito disponibile e disposta a venirci incontro con gli orari del check-in. Colazione ricca e varia scelta per tutti i gusti. Ambiente curato e molto pulito. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze sceglierei sicuramente lo stesso posto.

Io e la mi compagna siamo rimasti colpiti dalla gentilezza e professionalità della titolare. La struttura è ubicata in una zona silenziosa, le colazioni sono abbondanti (apprezzatissime) ed è presente inoltre un cortile interno. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, se torneremo a Firenze sapremo dove soggiornare.

Consiglio a tutti questa bellissima struttura collegata col centro sia che si vogliano fare 2 passi sia che si preferisca usare i mezzi pubblici. La signora Moraq è una persona a dir poco squisita. Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni nella struttura e siamo stati veramente bene. La signora che gestisce è deliziosa e gentilissima, ci ha permasso di lasciare le valigie fino a sera, prima del treno. Colazione abbondante, croissant caldi e cappuccino strepitoso. Due gatti simpatici e un piccolo giardino a nostra disposizione per relax. Per noi è consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B in tre (io, mia moglie e nostro figlio di 7 anni). La struttura è molto bella, pulita e la posizione è invidiabile (vicina alla stazione dei treni e vicina al centro). La colazione è veramente ricca e abbondante e le stanze sono complete di tutto e pulite. La proprietaria è gentilissima e cordiale. Decisamente una struttura che consiglio a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno a Firenze.

Casa Barbano è in una posizione molto comoda vicino al centro storico e alla stazione Santa Maria Novella, in una strada poco trafficata. Le camere sono accoglienti e ben riscaldate, fin troppo direi, visto che il riscaldamento è acceso tutta la notte e aprire la finestra è complicato, essendo molto alta. Il bagno è spartano, senza bidet, senza finestra. La colazione, servita in camera, è essenziale. I materassi e le coperte sono piuttosto vecchi, andrebbero rinnovati. Nel complesso Casa Barbano è accogliente, peccato che pur avendo chiesto espressamente letti singoli abbiamo avuto due letti singoli rifatti con lenzuola matrimoniali.
