In the heart of Sicily, in Ispica, we find Agriturismo Villa Giannina, an enchanting refuge that rises on a hillside offering a spectacular view of the sea, just a kilometer away, surrounded by the scent of nearby citrus groves. This ancient fortified farmhouse, dating back to the 1600s, has been expertly restored to provide its guests with an authentic and rejuvenating experience while maintaining the charm of Sicilian tradition.

The structure develops around a large courtyard, where mini apartments with kitchens and air conditioning open out, perfect for families and couples seeking comfort and independence. The rooms, located within a charming patio, are equipped with private bathrooms and air conditioning, ensuring a stay marked by relaxation and tranquility.

The restaurant, housed in an ancient wine press, offers an unforgettable culinary experience, featuring typical dishes made with fresh and genuine ingredients sourced from our farm. During the summer season, guests can enjoy their dinners outdoors, immersed in the beauty of the Santa Maria del Focallo coastline.

Our proposal goes beyond hospitality: Villa Giannina is a place of wellness where guests can rejuvenate body and mind. We offer yoga classes, weekly retreats, and wellness treatments such as shiatsu and massages. To make the stay even more enjoyable, we provide bicycle rental services and a shuttle available to and from Catania airport and other destinations, ensuring convenience and comfort.

Villa Giannina is a beautiful place, only 1 km from the seaside. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was also airy and even had chairs and a table for us to sit outside. Michele is a fantastic host and a great comedian too, extremely helpful and did everything to make our stay an extremely nice one. He went out of his way to be helpful. We shall be back, Michele!

The accommodation is located near beautiful beaches and restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean, but there are not enough power outlets. The outdoor area seems neglected but has great potential. The host and staff are very friendly and helpful.

My partner and I stayed only one night. We had a great experience: welcoming and very clean rooms. The location immersed in greenery is excellent! Truly an oasis of peace. Mr. Michele was very kind from the first moment. Breakfast is really exceptional, tasty and abundant, prepared with care by the very skilled and courteous Mrs. Rosalba. We will certainly have the opportunity to return.

The structure is in a privileged location, you can enjoy a beautiful view. The room is clean, maybe a bit small, it lacks a little table. I don't like the solution of putting the mini-fridge inside the wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious. The breakfast doesn't have many alternatives but for me it was definitely fine. The owner and the staff are friendly.

Excellent structure. Renovated and characteristic farmhouse. Clean and very well-kept rooms. Sweet breakfast with exceptional homemade jams. Close to the sea and in a strategic position to visit the whole Ragusa area and beyond. I highly recommend it. Welcoming and friendly manager. Honest price. The manager is friendly and helpful. The structure is as described. Comfortable room. Immersed in nature, which gives it a special charm, away from noise and smog. We returned in the evening with a beautiful starry sky and woke up to a beautiful colorful view. The owner, Michele, is a very kind, helpful, and friendly person. Thank you again for what you did for us. Divine breakfast, it will always remain etched in my memory. Mrs. Rosalba treated us as if we were her children. Strategic point, close to the highway and the sea. Although unfortunately our vacation was interrupted for family reasons, we will remember you as the only happy break in that bad period.

Nice place in the countryside of Ispica, close to the seafront of Santa Maria del Focallo. Central location between Modica and Ragusa and Noto and the Island of Currents. Everything is reachable within 30 minutes and it's 4 km from the Ispica exit of the Siracusa-Gela highway. The sea is also within walking distance. The setting in which the structure stands is pleasant, among olive trees, citrus groves, and almond trees. Everything is clean, the lawn in front of the courtyard is pleasant. The rooms come in different types, from apartments to family rooms to double and triple rooms. All tastefully furnished. The owner, Mr. Michele Gambuzza, is a very helpful and understanding person.

We were more than satisfied with the structure and management. Mr. Michele is super kind and provides a lot of useful information for visiting the surrounding areas. Mrs. Rosalba is very kind. The breakfast is super abundant with very fresh products prepared by Mrs. Rosalba. Everything is delicious, especially the apple cake and almond granita. Not to mention their citrus fruit jams. The location is on the road connecting nearby cities and there is a splendid sea view from the garden. The room is quiet, spacious, and cool, equipped with all the necessary comforts for a very pleasant holiday. Impeccable cleanliness. I highly recommend it and if we return to the area, I will definitely contact them to return. Thank you for everything.

We stayed from 3rd to 10th of July and we had a great time. Large, comfortable and clean room. Abundant and varied breakfast. Convenient location of the property close to the sea and various art cities. Mr. Michele is a kind and professional person. In the hottest hours, you can relax in the shade of a wonderful carob tree with sea view. The abundant breakfast served outdoors where you can taste a wonderful almond granita and a delicious cream.
