The B&B San Francesco is a stylish renovated apartment located in the heart of Urbino, candidate city for European Capital of Culture 2019. The structure consists of three elegant bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and all the comforts such as TV, free wi-fi and unlimited, heating and hairdryer.

You will find us in Via Raffaello n. 9 in front of the Church and the Piazzetta di San Francesco, 20 meters from Piazza della Repubblica, 200 meters from the bus terminal and walking distance to all the main sights and university faculties.

It 's the perfect location to accommodate the individual student or tourist who wants to visit our beautiful city to households, as an ideal place for a vacation or a romantic getaway.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The apartment is very nice and the location is perfect, especially if you are in Urbino to experience the history of the comune or if you need to visit the passport office [it is essentially across the street]. It is a very nice apartment, you could work from it if you needed to. My only complaint is the size of the shower, but I am not a small guy either. I am a weightlifter and weigh 110 kgs / 230 lbs, so the small shower was a struggle for me. But otherwise, I definitely recommend.

We stayed one night to see the enchanting Urbino. The location is excellent, practically in the central square. The manager was very courteous and kind. Even our little 4-legged friend was satisfied. (I did not review breakfast, as it was not included in our package). Recommended!

Beautiful room, welcoming and friendly manager, great location, definitely competitive price. Good and well-stocked breakfast, it's a shame that there are no foods for intolerants.
