Franca is a lovely host. The apartment is modern and the furniture is quite new. The location is very good: central and free parking spot in front of the house.

Very nice and clean room with a big balcony. The bathroom and toilet were also very clean. The lovely lady host welcomed us warmly and also gave some tips for the local bus. If we come back to La Rosa, we will stay here again :)

Excellent property,furnished with care and attention to detail. Very good location even without a car,very close to the sea,the town centre and the shops. Mrs. Franca is extremely kind and very helpful. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at the property in August, what can I say... excellent cleanliness, the room was well arranged with all the services one may need during the vacation. Mrs. Franca welcomed us very well and was always available and present for every need. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

Recent and well-furnished structure, with a large terrace. Equipped with air conditioning, TV, WI-FI, private bathroom also new. Excellent location, less than ten minutes walk from the sea and a short walk from the commercial and dining area; ample free parking in front of the building. The owner is always kind and helpful. Overall, a completely positive experience.

Excellent guesthouse, away from the chaos but close to the center and the beach both within walking distance. Structure and room (with a nice balcony) very clean, well-kept in every detail and complete with everything you need. Convenient parking right in front of the house. It is our fixed point for holidays in La Caletta (we have returned for the third time) and by now Franca has become a friend.

I stayed with my family at this property during the days with the highest influx of tourists, and yet, the cleanliness and attention to detail in the property did not diminish. In fact, the manager offered an extra quick cleaning service not included in the general booking conditions. The property is much more similar to high-end hotel rooms in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. The location is very convenient to reach the city center on foot and at the same time rest peacefully without being bothered by the crowds in the center restaurants. Beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away. I will definitely return to this property.

I participated in the barter week and went to Sardinia, specifically to the cove of Siniscola, in the province of Nuoro, near Olbia, at the B&B La Rosa managed by the wonderful Franca, the owner, and her irreplaceable mother Antonia, to do massages in exchange for a zero cost stay. The place is simply wonderful, the people always kind and helpful, the B&B magnificent and clean, the owner always attentive to the needs of her guests. She always made us feel at home, letting us taste many good dishes belonging to the Sardinian tradition and not. We spent 4 unforgettable days. Sardinia is spectacular.

We stayed as a couple for a few days in this new property located in a very convenient position just a few hundred meters from the center of La Caletta but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful side street. The property, in addition to being recently renovated, is very clean and well maintained with care and taste. Breakfast is plentiful and also offers excellent homemade pastries. Special mention goes to the availability and courtesy of the owner Mrs. Franca, who helped make the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Absolutely recommended!

Kindness and availability of the staff, cleanliness and modernity of the structure, perfect location to visit the beautiful beaches of Santa Lucia, Berchida and Oasi di Bidderosa. The location is also excellent in relation to the town center, very well equipped to accommodate visitors. I recommend it to those who want to stay in a quiet environment.

The structure is highly recommended for couples and families. There is great courtesy from the owner. It is close to the center (100 meters on foot) and to the beach. The cleanliness is perfect. If I were to return to La Caletta one day, it would be a pleasure for me to be their guest again.
