If give perfect locations what not do many cost and have perfect food. Anything is nearest and the support to know Milan learn is so good. Please when anything book it try his perfect support per WhatsApp and mail. Me and gf come back everytime. Gracias Milano.

The structure is hyper-modern inside a former paper mill that has been completely renovated and converted into a residence. The studio is stylishly furnished and equipped with all comforts. The area of the building is easily reachable on foot in 10 minutes from the last stop of the M2. Worth mentioning is the great courtesy and hospitality of the owners (Luca and Valeria). Courteous and competent people, who personally welcome you upon your arrival and remain at your disposal throughout your stay. Absolutely recommendable!

The owner is very available. The structure is very clean. The room is spacious with a balcony. The bed, the only downside, is not very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and breakfast is okay at the nearby bar.

Luca is a fantastic owner, despite the thousand adventures of the day, where my partner and I didn't know what time we would arrive, he was super friendly and helpful. While showing us the room, I asked for some directions on places to visit and to eat: within 1h we had all the contacts and directions on how to get to various areas of Milan, suggestions on places to try and tips on where to park the car. Beautiful area, if you like to stay in tranquility and greenery. Very honest price!

Comfortable and refined B&B, tastefully decorated with elegance, masterfully curated by the owners Mr. Luca and Mrs. Valeria. Wonderful people who made us feel right at home, anticipating all our needs and making themselves available for anything we needed. We were truly satisfied with the welcome and support throughout our stay. Located in a peaceful area surrounded by greenery, well connected just a stone's throw away from transport services. Ideal for those who want to go both downtown and to the hospital facilities in the area (IEO). New bathroom, with a beautiful and functional shower. Entrance/living room with a large terrace where you can have breakfast and lunches, equipped with a fridge and microwave oven. Well-stocked breakfasts. After the experience, I highly recommend it to everyone.

We booked in January and from the beginning Mr. Luca and his wife were very helpful. A few days before departure we received an email with the detailed itinerary, from the airport to the B&B: stops, metro, landmarks and once we arrived at the destination, their friendliness and cheerfulness reflected the house. Wonderful, clean, fragrant, all for us being 4. Well positioned (near Bocconi). Rich breakfast. It was a pleasure to meet you.
