A small penthouse immersed in the greenery, a stone’s throw from Trastevere but not far from the sea, offering every comfort needed to make your stay unforgettable.

You’ll appreciate the warmth and company of the fireside on winter days, and surely fall in love with the splendid terrace in the warm Roman evenings. Here you will be able to enjoy typical Italian cuisine, from breakfast to – why not? – candlelit dinners.

All of this in an elegant, friendly and youthful atmosphere as we three brothers welcome you with warmth, professionalism and, above all, passion for our work.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Municipal tax of €3.50 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM

The location is super, the hosts are pleasent, very helpful and smile. Only negative is that there is lots of noise in morning, mostly people talking.

Appartamento molto carino, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. La stanza tripla con letto a castello è un pò piccolina, ma carina. Ideale per dormire e via! Il prezzo è abbastanza buono poi è facilmente raggiungibile e intorno ai può andar in qualche locale a pochi minuti d' auto.

Buon B&B in una zona abbastanza comoda di Roma (facile raggiungere il centro con i mezzi pubblici). Locale pulito e curato, ottima terrazza e ottima colazione con cornetti freschi (a 500 metri dallo stabile nel simpatico bar/pasticceria Guadagnino). Ma il vero valore aggiunto è la deliziosa Giusy che mi ha accolto, mettendomi subito di buon umore. Ottimi, poi i suoi consigli sulla città in generale e sulle opportunità di visite/eventi e quant'altro. Complimenti anche al Gestore che ha scelto una collaboratrice così preziosa. Enrico.

Gestore molto preciso a dare info. Purtroppo c’erano alcuni ospiti molto rumorosi anche di notte. La colazione era costituita da 2 merendine confezionate più una cialda per caffè, e un succo di frutta da consumare in casa, più una colazione cappuccino (o quello che si desidera) e brioche presso una pasticceria in zona.

Molto molto carino. Un B&B con tutto il necessario anche se il box doccia è di dimensione ridotta. Una bella area in comune con una meravigliosa e ben arredata terrazza dove rilassarsi dopo lunghissime scarpinate. Massimiliano estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Wow. B&B delizioso, una vera chicca. Facile da raggiungere in zona strategica per muoversi sia con i mezzi che con l'auto. Parcheggio all'interno del parco condominiale con accesso privilegiato. Ambiente molto curato. La colazione da consumare nel B&B comprende uno snack con delizie e possibilità di un ottimo espresso oltre a tè e tisane. Inoltre si può consumare una colazione più robusta in una meravigliosa pasticceria/bar adiacente offerta dal gestore, il quale si è dimostrato persona disponibilissima e cordiale. Nel complesso prezzo ottimo, esperienza molto positiva.

Ho avuto per una notte la camera "degli ospiti": da non dormirci con i bambini, spazi pericolosi con angoli attaccati a letto. Tutto molto piccolo ma pulitissimo ed i gestori sono stati disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Il bagno e la camera sembravano il mini-mono-locale di Renato Pozzetto. Per la serie: "Taaaac! - Taaaac!".
