The room is very large and well maintained with all the comforts. The private bathroom is spacious and the fitted wardrobe is not something you find everywhere. Exceptional cleanliness, abundant and quality breakfast both sweet and savory. Excellent hospitality. Immersed in the countryside, you enjoy exclusive privacy, while still being very close to the sea and all the necessary services. There are many villages to visit in the surroundings and for lovers of excursions or biking, there is a wealth of choices. Unmatched quality price, considering that we stayed in August it really has no comparison.

We stayed at this B&B for two nights during the Immaculate Conception holiday. Despite being a simple structure, it is very welcoming and well-maintained, making you feel at home. Mr. Edio is a kind and helpful person who loves talking about his land and suggested further places to visit in addition to those on the itinerary. The breakfast is plentiful with non-packaged products. Cleanliness, which is the first thing I look for in reviews, met my expectations. We recommend it.

The location is great if you need to go to the nearby horse center or racetrack, but it is just a few minutes by car from Cattolica. The structure is well preserved, our double room on the breakfast floor is beautiful in chabi chic style with a large bathroom and a shower (a bit old-fashioned) but in great condition. The underfloor heating is fantastic. Having a fridge available to put something in (too bad you can't cook) is an added value. Perfect breakfast with fresh pastry products and the owner who prepares instantly what you need. The kindness of the owner completes everything. Recommended. To come back also for the good value for money.

What can I say, beyond all expectations! I spent a very pleasant weekend with my husband at this delightful B&B Ghetto Conca. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by the green countryside, a stone's throw from the golf course, the racetrack, and the racecourse, which can also be reached on foot if desired, and just a few minutes from the area's points of interest. The property is meticulously cared for in every detail, from the tastefully decorated and very cozy room equipped with every comfort, from the minibar to the shoe cleaning essentials, but above all impeccably clean, with quality bed and bath linens, to the excellent and very rich breakfast based on local products, served promptly at the agreed time in a warm and relaxing setting. The table is set with care in every tiny detail, with background music from the record player, what a wonderful awakening! The strength of B&B Ghetto Conca is undoubtedly Edio, a very attentive, helpful, and kind host. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Edio, we truly felt pampered, if there is an opportunity, we will definitely return. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this B&B for 2 nights, right from the start we had a great time, the owner, Mr. Edio, was really welcoming. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable walk-in closet. Perfect cleanliness, the room was tidied up on the second day (not always done in B&Bs). In the morning, Edio waits for you in the kitchen to prepare what you want, croissants, donuts, muffins, fresh bread with butter and jam, yogurt and fresh fruit, a typical sweet Italian breakfast with quality products. I can also say that Edio was very careful to touch everything with tongs and always wore a mask given the difficult period. I definitely recommend this beautiful place to everyone, the kindness and hospitality of the owner made our stay pleasant and relaxing. To return for sure.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this B&B, cleanliness and attention to every detail, the location is immersed in nature and tranquility, it is a half-hour walk from the Misano circuit and about 10 minutes by car from the Romagna coast and the circuit itself, it has a garage to store any cart with a motorcycle or trailer in general. 5-star breakfast served and prepared by the very kind owner Edio. A person available and attentive to any customer needs. You will really feel good there. I recommend this structure and plan to return soon.

We highly recommend the stay: being San Giovanni just a few kilometers from the sea, hills, and the Misano circuit, it is suitable for all interests. We only stayed one night but we would have liked to stay longer! Ghetto Conca is a delightful B&B, with modern and romantic rooms. Impeccable cleanliness, air conditioning, minibar, shower with hydromassage jets, in short, all the essential services and even more. We had good expectations but they were definitely exceeded, super breakfast, with many delicious things and extra-large cappuccino! If we were to come back to the area, we would definitely book here. We stayed here to attend the MotoGP races at the Misano circuit. It is located in a strategic point so you can reach the circuit from a much less congested secondary road than the main one, there is also a pedestrian path that I couldn't take because I am pregnant. The structure is very clean, welcoming, and the rooms are furnished with great taste. The owner is very kind and very helpful, and the breakfast is SUPER! I highly recommend staying here to anyone in need, you will be pleasantly surprised!
