Super easy to find with GPS, super clean. The host is really nice and takes the time to explain things clearly. The studio has a small balcony with a nice view, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette. Frankly, it’s great!

Great farmhouse located on the Strada Lauretana that connects Taverne d'Arbia to Asciano. It is situated on a hill in an isolated position but convenient for visiting all the points of interest in the area. Siena can be reached in 15 minutes. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. The pool is lovely and especially the hot tub, which also offers a spectacular and relaxing view. Unfortunately, during the period we stayed it was not possible to have breakfast.

We stayed one night. We felt great. The room is large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast is abundant. The place is quiet and very beautiful, in the middle of nature, a few kilometers from Siena. Finally, the kindness and hospitality of the owner Mery is a wonderful thing. I highly recommend it.

All good: beautiful structure, stunning views, and top-notch setting. I only point out that the apartments are poorly soundproofed, so I recommend bringing earplugs to avoid sleepless nights due to potentially noisy other guests. Also, in our room, the mattress was uncomfortable due to deformation from use. If you have difficulty sleeping, consider these two pieces of information carefully and discuss them with Mary to find the most suitable solution for you; she is really very kind and helpful.

My wife and I stayed at Santa Caterina for 8 days, we really enjoyed it. The location is strategic for reaching various tourist attractions, Mary is really welcoming and kind, and the apartment is well-maintained and clean. The structure has a beautiful swimming pool and a truly beautiful view of Siena. We recommend it.

We stayed 4 nights in the Magnolia apartment. The apartment is spacious, all the rooms are very comfortable and all with air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything. They love animals, no problem for our little dog. Mery and her family are super hospitable. We had a really good time. The area is super relaxing!

With seven other adults traveling along the Lauretana road in Tuscany, we stopped for one night at Santa Caterina, with a stunning view of the surrounding hills and Siena. Mrs. Mery is very kind and always ready to meet the guests' needs.

A residence in a fairy tale place, amidst the Crete Senesi. The presence of the pool is essential to cool off after a day of excursions. Spacious apartments furnished in a shabby chic style. Everything is very clean! I only suggest to the managers to consider installing mosquito nets at least on the windows, in order to keep mosquitoes out. Otherwise everything is perfect.

The lady who manages the property is very nice and kind. Spectacular location, but far from the main inhabited centers (with all the pros and cons of this). Property equipped with everything, even a pool with a view over the hills until you can see Siena. I cannot judge the breakfast as we did not use it. Excellent value for money. To return.

For those looking for spectacular sunsets, kindness, sympathy, hospitality, they cannot miss this place. Not to mention the accommodation, clean and equipped with every comfort. Very comfortable bed and equipped kitchen. Infinity pool overlooking the Crete Senesi... a pleasure for the eyes. From the B&B it is possible to reach Siena in a short time. In short... everything perfect! My boyfriend and I will definitely come back.

I stayed for three days in this hotel with my girlfriend and I must say I was absolutely satisfied with the service. Convenient location, stunning pool with breathtaking views, abundant homemade style breakfasts, clean facility but above all excellent hospitality! We have just returned from a weekend in the Crete Senesi and found (a bit by chance on the web) this beautiful bed and breakfast! We were staying in the 'mimosa' apartment, which is simply stunning: clean, fully equipped (kitchen, bathroom, balcony, comfortable bed!) and surrounded by the beauty of the Crete! Oh, I forgot... the B&B is right on Via Lauretana, famous for the beauty of the landscapes and breathtaking sunsets. And what else to say? The beautiful swimming pool (a real refreshment in the heat of late July) and the legendary landladies Mery and Manola: two volcanic sisters champions of sympathy and courtesy! Absolutely affordable price and guaranteed relaxation; so, what are you still doing at home? The B&B Santa Caterina is waiting for you to offer you a dream vacation!

We stayed for two nights in August 2015 and we can only be enthusiastic about it. Splendid farmhouse from the early 1900s completely renovated and divided into beautiful, comfortable, very fresh apartments (without air conditioning, which is, however, available), equipped with every comfort (equipped kitchen, television, WIFI). It is located on one of the hills of the Crete Senesi and from there you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama, immersed in nature but only 7 km from Siena. The B&B also includes a very well-equipped pool area (sunbeds, umbrellas, baths, and showers) and a small lake where even our furry baby Gioia, a 5-year-old German Shepherd, can swim. Excellent breakfast prepared by the owner, a very skilled and super friendly cook, as well as very organized: upon arrival, she gives you a folder where, in addition to all the B&B services, all affiliated and non-affiliated restaurants, possible services in the surroundings (supermarkets, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc.), itineraries, spas, and activities to do are indicated. It has become our little retreat and needless to say, we recommend it to everyone and we will definitely go back, hopefully as soon as possible!
