Lovely place for a really good price. You need a car to get there, but the location is perfect for driving to different beaches every day.

The towels were old and rough. The bidet was leaking water and dirt. The property dates from the 1980s. Under renovation.

The structure is in the middle of greenery. 10 minutes from the sea. Beautiful structure for those who wish to have a relaxing stay. Good value for money. I will return.

Great location to visit the Cinque Terre or Genoa. We always took the train from the Chiavari station to move around.

We are 10 minutes (with car or motocycle) away from center Chiavari and the beach, 15 minues from CAMOGLI, 20 minutes from PORTOFINO and 30 minutes from CINQUE TERRE. Also 30 minutes from GENOA (AIRPORT, INTERNATIONAL AQUARIUM, HOSPITAL G. GASLINI, SALONE NAUTICO, EUROFLORA).
From Chiavari you can take trains or ferry-boat to reach all destinations.
