Comfortable apartment in a convenient and easy to reach location with available parking space, which is not common in Catania. \nThe owner, Mr. Maurizio, was hospitable and attentive to our needs. \nBreakfast is usually served in the room and is sufficiently abundant, with coffee, juices, jams, etc.

For the first time in this villa maintained in its own style. It feels like going back in time and many memories of the 60s and 70s come to mind. Overall it is well maintained, a strategic location for those with a car and the parking is very useful. The room is large, the bathroom is complete and clean. Freedom of movement, satisfying breakfast served in the room (at least that's what happened to me), friendliness, availability and hospitality.

Non ho mai commentato nessuna recensione, perchè chiunque ha il diritto di esprimere la propria opinione, ma la sua necessita di una precisazione ... Villa Vera è un piccolo B&B a conduzione familiare classificato 3 stelle, che da autorizzazione ha l'obbligo del servizio di prima colazione "imbustata" , ma tutti i prodotti imbustati sono di qualità e non sottomarche... I prezzi delle nostre camere (camera matrimoniale al costo euro 50,00 a notte, cioè euro 25,00 a persona) sono ancora tra i più bassi che può trovare in zona, cercando di assicurare un buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo per la PULIZIA, POSIZIONE con parcheggio auto interno alla struttura e CORDIALITA'. Ringraziando per la sua attenzione Saluti B&B Villa Vera

Immersed in a garden, B&B Villa Vera in 70s style, very suggestive, a bit retro but of excellent workmanship. The room is clean, the host is available, in a well-connected area with the main structures. No expectations about breakfast.

Excellent accommodation, in a quiet and easily accessible location, in a 1950s villa with a splendid and cool garden and the possibility (not to be underestimated) of actually parking inside the structure. Large, spacious and well-equipped rooms, but above all the friendliness and availability of Mr. Maurizio provided us with the basis for our pleasant stay in Catania.

The structure has ample spaces, is well-maintained, cared for and clean, with bathrooms in every room and internal parking, which is important in a city where finding parking is not easy. The manager Maurizio is always available and kind. We stayed for 6 days in the second half of May and we were happy with everything. If we were to return to Catania, we would definitely stay at B&B Villa Vera.

The manager, Mr. Maurizio, is very courteous and always available for every need, lavish with advice on how to experience and enjoy Catania, the atmosphere is very warm and familiar. The rooms are very large and comfortable, as well as the bathroom with which each room is equipped, much more spacious than many 3-star hotels we have used in the past. Furthermore, everything is always very clean! The structure is a two-story villa with a garden and ample internal parking, located at the top of Via Etnea, this allows you to be in the center of Catania with a ten-minute walk, while staying in a quiet and peaceful context, also if you want to move by car, in a few minutes you can reach the ring road and the highway for destinations outside the city. The breakfast, within the strict limits of municipal rules, is varied, rich and where possible with local products. Highly recommended structure, we will definitely use it again when we return to Catania.

Villa Vera is a property from the late 50s and early 60s, with spacious and well-maintained living spaces. Each room has its own bathroom and there is an internal parking, which is very important in a chaotic city like Catania where it's difficult to find parking. We immediately felt at home thanks to the hospitality of the hosts, especially Maurizio, always available and friendly. We stayed there for a week and were happy with everything. A small suggestion: the breakfast was plentiful and varied, but could be enhanced with some fresh bakery products. However, we were very happy to have been there.

We stayed at B&B Villa Vera for 3 nights at the end of July. Beautiful ancient villa located in a great position to reach the city center and the numerous hospital facilities nearby. We recommend staying at the B&B for the high level of hospitality and the maximum availability of the managers Maurizio and Patrizia whom we thank once again and greet.
