Here, guests can find warm hospitality, enriched by the passion of the owners, Guido and Cinzia, who kindly share their love for this land.

Each room at Casa Nan is a corner of elegance, decorated in a charming 'shabby chic' style that evokes a romantic atmosphere. The spaces, two of which are equipped with private bathrooms, offer modern comforts, while large windows gaze out over the garden and the lush surroundings, allowing natural light to flood the areas with serenity. Casa Nan feels like home. There is a lovely garden, the room is decorated with charm, and the host is lovely and very welcoming. She didn't speak English, and we communicated well using her translation app. I would love to come back to this B&B.

Anna was a great host, welcoming and friendly. Our inability to speak each other's language was managed humorously. Breakfast in the garden was lovely, and all guests sharing a table encouraged conversation, which was great.

A very original B&B, with the rooms arranged over 2 floors in a village house located in a charming hamlet. The wooden floors creak a little and the soundproofing of the rooms is average, but that comes with the charm of the house. The bathroom was spotless, although it lacked a bit of storage to place one's belongings. The hostess is extremely friendly, jovial, simple, accommodating, in short very pleasant. She makes you feel immediately at ease, which is very nice.

Relaxing, welcoming, warm, green place. A little paradise that I highly recommend to all lovers of authenticity, nature, human warmth... because the owners take good care of you. French decorations mixed with skillfully enriched Italian touches! In short, you want to stay there.

This B&B was a stop on our Italian trip. From here, we explored Portofino and the surrounding coastal areas. The B&B is located outside town, but it's not a problem by car. The breakfast is very good, especially when we think about the homemade cookies and muffins. Simply heavenly!

In the inland, away from the chaos but close to the beaches and points of interest such as Chiavari. The room is comfortable, and breakfast is plentiful with excellent fresh focaccia. The woman who welcomed us was very kind, caring with us and our big dog, truly a lovely person. We had a wonderful time.

I wouldn't know where to start to describe this surreal experience. I tried to contact the property to inform them that I would be arriving in the afternoon instead of at lunchtime, no response so I tried calling both numbers provided, no response. We arrive and a lady greets us by scolding us as if she were my mother. I tell her, with calls and WhatsApp messages in hand, that I had tried to contact her but she continues to insist that the number I provided was incorrect (I underline that I sent her the transfer receipt on WhatsApp, and that she responded, so she definitely had my number). We finally check in and close the room to rest for 5 minutes and shortly after she shows up at the door and tells us that she's leaving, disturbing our rest (from my mother to my grandmother, it's a quick transition). In the meantime, I discover that she has flooded my email with very low-level and offensive messages. Upon her return, I go to her to pay, it's not possible to pay by card (2025!) and I have to make a transfer (and pay the fees) or pay in cash. But at this point in the story, she finally apologizes, giving me a long talk about all her problems. Shortly after, my partner goes out and is again harassed by her, who tries to offend me for my obvious discontent (which I would say is legitimate, given the things she wrote to me). In the evening we go out and there she is again, ready for a scolding, looking us up and down. Two more emails of apologies, it's stalking. In the morning we wake up and go to the kitchen for breakfast, we find her there asking "Are you having breakfast?" without even the possibility of reading the various items available. We have a coffee with her while she stares at us in the kitchen. We finally leave, and out of our good manners, we say goodbye to her. Response: I don't think so, given what happened. A nightmare experience, on the edge between harassment and rudeness.

Mi spiace, ma avete lasciato un numero sbagliato non su wathsapp ma su b&b Italia... potete controllare, e avete chiamato il mio ex marito, che purtroppo non riesco a fare eliminare il numero e non posso mettere il mio, la colazione era pronta in giardino, voi avete voluto solo un caffè, e per quanto riguarda tutti quei 1, perché non Ve ne siete andati?per 21€??Ve li avrei ridati, non rubo niente a nessuno, e poi fai con tutte le recensioni belle che ci sono una rancorosa eci sta, da. più credibilità alle altre... Buone vacanze... consiglio un po' calmante.

Great value for money. Very friendly manager. The room was cozy, and the bed was comfortable. The location of the property is excellent for going to the sea without paying the high costs of accommodations in coastal towns.

Perfect location for a base to explore the Levante Riviera. Excellent value for money. Caring and attentive host. The highlight was the homemade fish dinner, which was particularly tasty. The choice was a winning one.

We stayed from 12th to 16th August. The lady welcomed us and was helpful and very kind. Excellent breakfast with homemade products. Although slightly far (14 km) from Lavagna and even less from Chiavari, we appreciated the peace and tranquility of the location as well as the particularly fresh and regenerating climate compared to the heat of the seaside villages. A final note on the price: excellent value for money, considering the period it was truly an unmissable opportunity.

The structure requires a 30% deposit by bank transfer at the time of booking. The balance cannot be paid by card or debit card, but strictly in cash (and of course without a receipt). This method is not specified on the website and I find it incorrect.

Buongiorno,la mia struttura non è aperta tutto l anno,per cui non lavora con partita iva,noi lavoriamo in regime fiscale agevolato,se voleva una ricevuta non c era nessun problema,se vuole gliela spedisco,per quanto riguarda l acconto,tutti lo chiedono , è l unico modo per tutelarsi da eventuali bidoni,gli alberghi chiedono la carta di credito.Spero che comunque il suo soggiorno sia stato piacevole,e grazie per i consigli.Distinti saluti

We spent a night in this beautiful bed and breakfast. The place is charming, very well-kept, with a beautiful garden. The bed and breakfast is furnished with vintage flea market furniture, which adds to its charm. What really makes it unique, however, is the care and passion that the owners put into managing the bed and breakfast, making the guest feel at home. The owner is a big dog lover. The only downside is that the room was on the top floor and was a bit warm.

Maximum availability from the owner, who has also personally decorated Casa Nan. Due to the age of the building, the noises of the guests on the upper floor are quite noticeable. In case of bad weather, breakfast is served in the room, in the absence of common areas other than the garden. Overall corresponds to the description.

It's like entering a fairy tale. Casa Nan is 20 minutes from Chiavari, in a quiet area, with the sound of crickets and fireflies. The house inside is wooden on multiple floors with lovely rooms and interesting details. The hostess is exquisite, helpful (she welcomed us at a late hour) and super kind (she even recommended where to have dinner). Breakfast is in the garden with her apple jam that I still think about! Even for just one night, it gave us beautiful sensations. Thank you!

We have stayed more than once at this very well-kept Bed & Breakfast by the fantastic owners Cinzia and Guido. The interior decoration is very refined, not to mention the abundant breakfast, to be enjoyed in the open space under the gazebo, with all those homemade jams and sweets made by the very talented Cinzia. In short, you really feel at home. The place is very quiet in the middle of greenery but a fifteen-minute drive from the sea and tourist destinations.

Casa Nan contrasts the external anonymity with the enchantment of the interiors, furnished with whimsy, sweet care, and imagination by the hosts. Both are not only available to provide any information, but also to engage in relationships, and it's easy to let yourself go in conversation, in meeting, feeling at home. Logistically, within half an hour by car you can reach any of the renowned coastal locations or venture inland and the best surprises are not where you expect them!
