This was a fantastic guest house for visiting the nearby University Hospital Bio-Medico. The transportation provided to and from the airport by Luigi was also wonderful. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs to stay in the area. Thank you!

Very well-kept and clean structure, strategic location for the Campus recovery. As for the price of the rooms, it's a bit excessive. Usually, at the same price, I get a 4-star with breakfast (not included here). But being close to the hospital, you are forced. Kind and polite staff.

Good overall structure, effective daily cleaning. The only thing, from my point of view, concerns the price of breakfast. I paid €90 per night for a double room, sleeping alone. On the third night, my wife joined me and I had to add €20, I find it absurd.

Buongiorno sig Roberto siamo felici che ha censito positivamente la nostra struttura del resto è innegabile che siamo attente alla pulizia e abbiamo una bella struttura. Invece troviamo fuori luogo quanto contesta sul prezzo mi sembra piu' che moderato, forse anche troppo, è probabile che non conosce i prezzi degli alloggi di categoria come la nostra, è soprattutto non considera 2 importanti fattori: 1) che siamo a Roma in ottobre le consiglio di dare un'occhiata ai prezzi per soggiornare in questa meravigliosa citta' a quanto ammontano, 2) probabilmente non si rende conto delle spese che un'attività del genere sostiene ogni giorno solo per la gestione, la sua tariffa è stata la piu' bassa rispetto alle altre sistemazioni, in virtu' della prenotazione effettuata in data molto precedente agli altri ospiti. 3) se paga un uso singolo è piu' che consolo pagare la differenza per l'ospite aggiuntivo che tradotto è 20€ iva inclusa. La colazione non è un servizio che offriamo ed ovunque è a pagamento comunque noi mettiamo a disposizione una grande cucina super attrezzata gratuitamente è questo è un vero valoro aggiunto e molto apprezzato nella nostra struttura. grazie lo stesso per averci scelto è felici di averla conosciuto. lo staff.

I reiterate that the personnel manager of the establishment, Mrs. Francesca, is extremely rude and also dishonest. The response provided does not correspond to what happened on 13/10/2023. I highlight that we had asked days before for the possibility to take advantage, due to my wife's health conditions, of the long check out by paying the extra fee, as is done in all normal accommodation facilities. The response given by Mrs. Francesca was negative, and at this point, given my wife's needs, we had asked to keep the room for an additional day without having to stay overnight. Also in this case, the response was again negative due to lack of availability. I consider what happened on 13/10/23 the worst and most unprecedented way (and I assure you I have stayed for work in various facilities) to treat customers, especially considering my wife's precarious health situation: Mrs. Francesca showed up knocking violently on the door at 10:50 (just 20 minutes after the normal check-out time) vehemently urging us to leave the room as soon as possible, which happened within 20 minutes. Furthermore, Mrs. Francesca, irritated, was about to run over my wife (who was having difficulty walking) considering that, according to the Lady's thoughts, we were hindering her work. I therefore invite the Honorable Bed and Breakfast to carefully verify the management of the facilities in order to assess the possible image damages resulting from the aforementioned behaviors: surely, if I were to have the appropriate satisfactions to my complaint, I will never use your platform again for any future bookings. Yours faithfully.

Caro sig. G. stavamo aspettando il suo commento riservato alle ragazze dello staff, in quanto il proprietario non puo' averlo conosciuto. LEI SCRIVE CHE SIAMO STATE SCORTESI??? Si è trattenuto 2 ore oltre l'orario del check-out, nonostante la sig.ra delle pulizie la invitasse a liberare la stanza per poterla pulire, sanificare e riassegnare ad un nuovo ospite. LEI invece incurante ha continuato ad utilizzare la nostra struttura e con atteggiamento di totale menefreghismo verso il prossimo, ed ostacolando le operazioni di pulizie, è andato via senza neanche salutare nonostante la nostra cortesia di lasciarvi oltre l'orario consentito, gratuitamente. Questa è la prova che qualsiasi cosa possiamo fare per agevolare i nostri clienti la maggioranza di questi non meritano certe cortesie assolutamente non scontate, per questo che saremo costretti ad non accordare ad altri questi trattamenti di favore.

Clean environment in a quiet area halfway between Fiumicino Airport and Rome and less than 10 minutes from the Biomedical Campus and the Castel Romano Outlet Village. The structure is surrounded by greenery with a stunning pool... Mrs. Francesca, then, is friendly and kind. Breakfast was not served, but there is a pastry bar just 50 meters away to have it. Highly recommended for vacation, work, or other needs. We will definitely return.

My son was admitted to the campus with serious respiratory problems and we decided to stay at this property as it is closer to the biomedical campus. I must say that the property is not bad at all, but the host thought it appropriate to come up to the room with a beer in hand, asking us to turn off the air conditioner because the window was open. I tried to make it clear that my son has the air conditioner pointed at the bed and could not stay in such a small room with the air conditioner on as a dehumidifier. I always have to create the perfect environment for him, but the lady did not want to listen to reason and did not even let me finish speaking, telling me that she cared very little and that the rules are closed window and air conditioner on.\n\nI understand that rules are rules, but with 90 euros per night for a tiny room without breakfast, she could have been more understanding. I won't be back even if it means moving away from the biomedical campus.\nI do not stoop to her calumnies because rightly one must defend oneself from reviews, but I absolutely do not allow her to tell me that the beer was mine placed on the table, another thing, on my floor in her property there was a dear lady with whom we immediately became friends, she would have come to me to tell me to lower my voice, but I tell you more, we stayed 48 hours including 11 in the evening, arrived at 6 pm and by 7 pm I was already at the shopping center until late, returned on the morning of the 12th, hospitalization at the campus until late in the evening, so my dear host, I understand that you have to defend yourself but I am a person who does not write just to write, for 18 years my son has been in and out for health problems and nobody has ever complained, so please do me the favor of at least not responding that maybe it looks better in front of a boy who suffered like a dog at night because you didn't want to hear reasons.\nGood luck with your property.

Gentile sigra, per amore della verità la sigra della reception è salita a bussare alla sua stanza su richiesta di altri ospiti perché alle 22 di sera lei urlava discutendo con suo figlio ed imprecando contro di lui, disturbando tutti e spaventando il personale. A quel punto siamo stati costretti a bussare e chiederle gentilmente di non urlare, la ragazza aveva una bottiglia vuota di vetro in mano recuperata in cucina che con l'occasione avrebbe poi gettato nel secchio del vetro, cosa vorrebbe insinuare? Magari la bottiglia era proprio la sua lasciata incurante sul tavolo. Al momento che ci ha aperto la porta è stato notato che utilizzava lo spilt come da normative di consumo inquinamento energia e buon senso in maniera errata, e nonostante non era la prima volta che le veniva detto dal personale si ostinava a ripetere l'operazione incurante degli altri e delle regole. In camera ci sono anche i cartelli informativi per l'utilizzo dell'aria gratuita, e l'autorizzazione a prelevare soldi dalla carta di credito in caso l'utilizzo sia solo a danno dell'ambiente ed inutile con le finestre aperta per il quale è anche previsto un supplemento giornaliero. Educatamente le è stato ricordato di usare l'aria fredda con porte e finestre chiuse perché cosi il motore funziona e la stanza si rinfresca. Per il prezzo 90€ in 2 a Roma in alta stagione e sembra caro? Detto questo non si tratta di comprensione ma di puro rispetto e di un buon utilizzo delle cose altrui. Suo figlio fra l'altro non aveva alcun problema usarlo per scusa del suo comportamento incivile è al quanto poco delicato. La salutiamo

grazie per aver censito la nostra struttura, ma ci rimane difficile credere a quanto scrive sul nostro personale abbiamo verificato ed è stata accolta da Alessia la quale è "famosa" per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità, ricorda che lei ha avuto a che dire per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno se questa deve essere motivo di penalizzazione ci sembra assurdo, la prossima volta contesti al comune di Roma se non vuole pagarla. Le camere non sono affatto piccole, ma camere di metrature normali presenti in tutte le strutture, la differenza che noi abbiamo sono i prezzi super competitivi nonostante siamo a Roma, se si viaggia non occasionalmente si comprende quanto detto. Non ci ricordiamo di aver mai avuto altri contatti con la sua persona se le abbiamo dato questa impressione comunque ci scusiamo. Buona giornata

One goes to this structure only out of necessity, given its proximity to the Biomedical Campus. But once you get there, you would never want to have arrived there given the cold welcome, devoid of kindness and helpfulness that should characterize a lodging facility. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a certain Francesca who displays an aggressive attitude and bordering on rudeness. If you dare to ask for information about the surrounding area, you are answered in a brusque, superficial, and annoyed manner. This atmosphere does not make up for the kitschy and tasteless decor. In short, highly not recommended.

Detto questo nella nostra struttura si vive un soggiorno piacevole e divertente, se lo si vuole, ci si puo' rilassare in piscina, intrattenere nel giardino o nel portico con la musica sempre di sottofondo, il problema vero è che voi avete litigato con tutti dalla sigra delle pulizie, a quella della reception, addirittura con due tassisti, non uno ma due, poveri che avete trattato come pezze da piedi, e giustamente vi hanno lasciato a piedi, mi dispiace usare certe parole ma bisogna avere rispetto per chi lavora e essere educati e gentili con il prossimo, forse a casa vostra (Caltanissetta) usate questi atteggiamenti verso gli altri ? Per non parlare di come lasciavate la stanza con le finestre aperte anche in malo modo ed il condizionatore acceso tutto il giorno non curanti proprio delle regole di buona civiltà ed i mozziconi di sigarette ovunque. Non vi e' piaciuto il nostro arredamento, siamo privi di gusto secondo lei, va bene è una sua opinione che trova il peso nella persona che lo dice!! ZERO! P.S. comunque ci viene spontanea una domanda ma perché voleva trattenersi ancora una notte, se non le piaceva nulla??? Ma fortunatamente per noi eravamo pieni è ha dovuto chiamare un altro sfortunato taxi! Se potessimo consigliare i clienti lei non sarebbe sulla nostra lista. Buona vita non è mai tardi per imparare a campare...ci pensi!

I spent a very pleasant week at the Affittacamere Campus Trigoria facility. Cleanliness and distinction are its main qualities, for a reasonable price. Very welcoming Mrs. Alessia. Everything is well organized and the service is accurate. Towels are changed every day. Nice terrace from which you can admire a fabulous landscape and where you can eat. The pool adds a touch of glamour to the facility, even though I personally did not use it. It is located in a quiet suburban area, convenient to reach the Grande Raccordo Anulare and the Laurentina metro B station quickly. I will definitely consider it for a future stay in Rome. It's a shame that breakfast is not included. I would have appreciated if at least some breakfast products were made available. However, it's a good idea to have access to the kitchen and fridge.

The deluxe room is located on the first floor without an elevator. It has a TV as big as an iPad. Impossible to distinguish the images from the bed.

We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 5 days. The place is very well-kept with a beautiful garden and a pool. But what makes it special is the care and passion that the owners (Francesca) put into managing the bed and breakfast, making the guest feel at home. Such passion should be an example to many starred hotels. I recommend it.

Una bella sorpresa, la struttura si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal policlinico in una zona con tutto il necessario (tabacchi, supermercato, banca, ristoranti ecc.), belle le camere, ottima la pulizia, buona la colazione e Francesca disponibile simpatica e gentile. Assolutamente da consigliare per chi ha necessità di alloggiare in zona.

Francesca, ottima padrona di casa ci ha accolto con calore. Il B&B è posizionato in modo strategico, avendo così tutto a portata di mano. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli e la cucina in comune, completa di tutto il necessario, aggiunge valore alla struttura. Peccato non aver potuto usufruire della piscina per mancanza di tempo. Decisamente consigliato.

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Francesca che ci è venuta incontro a nostre impreviste esigenze. Grazie mille. La struttura dotata di ogni comfort, d'obbligo una sosta in giardino al ritorno la sera. Nonostante la distanza, è abbastanza ben collegato con l' autobus che ti lascia proprio davanti la struttura. Sicuramente torneremo.

Un oasi di pace e tranquillità, immersa nel verde a due passi dal Policlinico biomedico di Roma e dall'Eur. Struttura nuovissima arredata con gusto la sensazione che si respira è di familiarità, pulizia impeccabile, mi ha colpito il personale tutto italiano e giovane, gestita a livello famigliare sembra di essere come a casa, Terrazza panoramica su ville bellissime, aree esterne piene di fiori, attrezzate con divani e un patio molto grande insomma un posto dove torneremo sicuramente.

Struttura bella e camere confortevoli. I bagni sono nuovi così come lo stile di arredo. La struttura é molto pulita e tutti i giorni riordinano e puliscono. Unico neo é la colazione, c'è poco da mangiare solo una brioches per ospite e le cialde del caffè o tè. Mi piacerebbe di più se fosse più varia o il massimo sarebbe se fatta a mano.
