We had read the reviews of Marco's B&B La Canarina and they were all very positive. We booked for one night and can honestly say without a doubt one of the best we have stayed in. As mentioned it's close to the lake and the town centre, exceptionally clean and quiet. But it was Marco who made the stay one we won't forget in a hurry, he was thoughtful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely, we had just spent a month in France and his homemade croissants were better than most that we had eaten there. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and welcoming manager. Silent and peaceful environment equipped with a portable air conditioner. The property is strategically located in the historic center of Como, with short distances to the lake shore, train stations, bus terminals, and ferries.

Truly excellent. Very spacious and clean, equipped with everything. The accommodation is located in a historic building in front of the Duomo, the view from the windows was spectacular. Can't get more central than this, top quality/price. Highly recommended.

It would be preferable to have a bidet, instead of a shower tray of about 150 cm, a tray of 80 cm and 70 cm available for the bidet installation would be enough.

Great location, practically close to everything, you really feel at home, nothing is missing. The manager Paolo is very helpful and kind. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely come back.
