A 4-day stay spent at this B&B for 2, the owner is super nice and provides all the information we need, the neighborhood is excellently located just across the street there is the metro to go directly to the center, the buses are also just below the property. Breakfast at the cafe below for a cappuccino + a croissant which is enough for the morning. The room is cleaned every day, and supplied daily with water, fruit juice. Hyper secure residence! Plus point because we spent a weekend with 2 girls! Thank you for everything.

The place meets the description, it is clean and tidy and quite comfortable. The big problem was having to make the payment only in cash and this was not communicated in advance, the tax is different from what is stated in the publication as it was 6 euros per person, the manager says it changed in October and this was not communicated either. We had to stay one more night and they increased the price by 10 euros.

Salve a Roma da Ottobre 2024 sono cambiate le tariffe per la tassa di soggiorno che è passata a 6 euro al giorno a persona, le tariffe per la tassa di soggiorno non le fa il gestore, ma sono fatte dal comune, non se le inventa il gestore. Riguardo al prezzo del giorno in più del suo soggiorno le ho messo la stessa tariffa che trova sul sito, la sua prenotazione è stata fatta con le tariffe di 120 euro al giorno, se non le andava bene poteva non accettare e prendere la camera in un altro bed and breakfast, nessuno l’ha obbligata, come il gestore non deve rendere conto a lei sul prezzo che decide di fare riguardo il soggiorno nelle camere della sua struttura, ripeto poteva dire che il prezzo era troppo alto e andava in un altro B&B o in un hotel, non scrivere che il gestore le ha aumentato il prezzo.

Recently renovated room, tastefully furnished, always very clean and tidy. Located in a quiet area very close to the metro station and therefore very convenient to reach any destination in the city. The owner is kind and helpful for all the information.

Excellent structure, great location, metro 'A' practically right outside, extremely clean rooms, very friendly welcome, quiet and not noisy area, if you really want to find a small 'flaw' (easily fixable), the lack of a corner shelf in the shower to place shower gel, shampoo, soap, sponge etc, everything else... IMPECCABLE! Rating: 9/10.

The property is finishing renovation works. Very beautiful, spacious, well-finished, clean, and also well soundproofed room, even though honestly it should be checked on weekdays how it actually is. The location is great. The only downside is THE BREAKFAST, packaged products are delivered to the room and vouchers to use at the corner bar (a bar without tables where pizzas are baked in the evening so the mix of smells in the morning is not really suitable for breakfast and in any case with the available voucher you can have a cappuccino, tea, or milk and 1 brioche). What a shame! They should make an agreement with a more suitable facility to the standard of the property and the voucher should include something more. Remember that it's a B&B.
