We stayed at this property in August 2023 and we really enjoyed it. The room was very beautiful, well-designed, and very cozy. The breakfast was superb and the owner, Mrs. Giovanna, was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Friendly and kind staff, make you feel comfortable. Perfect location, in two steps you are already on the shopping street. Very pleasant view and I would say a beautiful, simple, and super comfortable room. Very rich breakfast, sweet and savory. They are all at your complete disposal, we had a problem with the car due to the dropping temperatures during the night, the manager was so kind to do everything to help us. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return! It has already been decided.

I stayed here for 10 days at the end of July and I was alone with my son, the structure is small but extremely well-kept and welcoming, nothing is missing. The location is fantastic and Ornella and Mirko never let you miss anything, breakfast is a show and if you feel like it, the aperitif has nothing to envy to larger and more well-known places! I definitely recommend it and I will be back soon!

Small B&B very close to the pedestrian area of the town. The room is nice and cozy. Outdoor parking in front of the property. Very convenient free buses that take you to the ski facilities. But above all, 10 out of 10 for Jessica, the girl who welcomed us at the reception, prepared breakfast, and gave us very useful tips for our stay. Really good and very friendly. We will come back in the future, maybe in the summer.

I spent a short ski holiday at B&B The King from 21 to 24 February with my wife and my 4-year-old son. We had a great time, the room was not large (but we knew it was the last one available), clean, warm, and welcoming. The staff was very kind and helpful. The structure is very beautiful, all in wood and well-kept, exactly what you would expect to find in the mountains. We used the covered parking, excellent service. The breakfast is very varied and the products of good quality, especially the fresh bread, excellent especially the "black" one. The structure is in a great location, practically on the ski slopes and close to the shopping area. We stayed in half board and in the evening we went to eat at a nearby affiliated restaurant, we had a good time and the staff was courteous and willing to make changes to meet the child's needs. We had a great vacation, I consider the cost of staying in Livigno to be good. I can only recommend to those interested in a vacation in Livigno to stay at B&B The King, they will not be disappointed, on the contrary! My son asks me when we are going back to the mountain house after 2 days!

Excellent structure, the rooms are very nice and enjoy a spectacular view of the mountains. We slept really well because they are well soundproofed. The cleaning is punctual and impeccable. Excellent breakfast that in addition to being abundant offers really everything. A special mention must be made for the staff who immediately showed themselves to be very kind and helpful, also in giving advice to better enjoy the holiday and skiing. I highly recommend it. Eric.

This B&B is located in Livigno, 200 meters from the center, within walking distance. Characteristic room in new wood, well furnished, very clean and heated. It has a balcony from which you can admire the view of the mountains of Livigno. Good breakfast. The B&B also has a very characteristic attached bar with wooden furnishings.

I stayed at this property with my wife and our 2 children from Friday 9/10 - 11/10/2015, and I couldn't have asked for more. I have also stayed for work in 4-star hotels that I won't mention for obvious reasons, around Europe, which had nothing to do with the aforementioned B&B! The room (family room) was spotlessly clean, warm (both in terms of atmosphere and temperature), a wood scent that felt like being in a sauna, and a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains that seemed touchable, it was like a fairy tale! The staff was very friendly, breakfast was abundant and varied including cold cuts, cheeses, juices, yogurt, cereals, warm bread, croissants, you name it. Coming from Venice, I recommend taking the road to Bolzano/Merano instead of Brescia with Ospitaletto exit, for everything else, TOP!

The place is very nice and especially convenient for the pedestrian area. Staying there for a weekend mainly meant leaving the car for three days due to the convenience of the location that leads to long walks in the center.
