We stayed at this property in August 2023 and we really enjoyed it. The room was very beautiful, well-designed, and very cozy. The breakfast was superb and the owner, Mrs. Giovanna, was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Friendly and kind staff, make you feel comfortable. Perfect location, in two steps you are already on the shopping street. Very pleasant view and I would say a beautiful, simple, and super comfortable room. Very rich breakfast, sweet and savory. They are all at your complete disposal, we had a problem with the car due to the dropping temperatures during the night, the manager was so kind to do everything to help us. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return! It has already been decided.

I stayed here for 10 days at the end of July and I was alone with my son, the structure is small but extremely well-kept and welcoming, nothing is missing. The location is fantastic and Ornella and Mirko never let you miss anything, breakfast is a show and if you feel like it, the aperitif has nothing to envy to larger and more well-known places! I definitely recommend it and I will be back soon!

Una bella camera, pulita e confortevole con ottima vista sulle montagne. Colazione abbondante e varia (dolce e salato), personale gentile e disponibile. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Piccolo B&B vicinissimo all'area pedonale del paese. La stanza carina ed accogliente. Parcheggio all'aperto di fronte alla struttura. Comodissimi gli autobus gratuiti che ti portano agli impianti sciistici. Ma soprattutto 10 e lode a Jessica, la ragazza che ci ha accolti alla reception, preparava la colazione e ci ha dato consigli utilissimi per il nostro soggiorno. Veramente brava e molto simpatica. Ci torneremo in futuro, magari in estate.

Ho trascorso una mini settimana bianca in The King dal 21 al 24 febbraio con mia moglie e il mio bimbo di 4 anni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, stanza non grande (ma lo sapevamo era l'ultima rimasta) pulita, calda ed accogliente. il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La struttura è molto bella, tutta in legno e molto curata, ovvero quello che vorresti trovare in montagna. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio coperto, ottimo servizio. La colazione è molto varia ed i prodotti di buona qualità, specialmente il pane fresco, ottimo soprattutto quello "nero". La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione, praticamente sulle piste da sci ed alla zona shopping. Abbiamo pernottato in mezza pensione e la sera andavamo a mangiare in un ristorante convenzionato a pochi passi, ci siamo trovati bene ed il personale era anche qui era cortese e disponibile a variazioni per venire incontro alle esigenze del bambino. abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza, il costo di soggiorno per Livigno lo ritengo buono. non posso che consigliare a chi fosse interessato a fare una vacanza a Livigno di alloggiare al The King, non ne rimarrà deluso, anzi! mio figli dopo 2 gironi mi chiede quando torniamo alla casa in montagna!

Ottima struttura, le camere sono molto carine e godono di una vista spettacolare sulle montagne. Abbiamo dormito veramente bene perché sono ben insonorizzate. La pulizia è puntuale ed impeccabile. Ottima la colazione che oltre ad essere abbondante offre veramente di tutto. Un discorso particolare va fatto per il personale che si è dimostrato subito molto gentile e disponibile anche nei consigli per godersi meglio la vacanza e lo sci. Lo consiglio vivamente. Eric.

Posto comodissimo, come esci della porta sei già in centro, Pulizia al massimo, parcheggio davanti all'ingresso, stanze nuove e in legno molto belle, ottima colazione e abbondante, il personale gentile, simpatico e sempre disponibile. ottimo.

Questo B&b si trova a Livigno a 200 metri dal centro raggiungibile a piedi. Camera caratteristica in legno nuova ben arredata molto pulita e riscaldata. Dispone di balcone da cui ammirare la vista sulle montagne di Livigno. Buona colazione. Il B&B ha anche un bar annesso molto caratteristico con arredi in legno.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia moglie e le ns. 2 bambine da venerdì 9/10 - 11/10/2015, e non potrei aver chiesto nulla di più; Ho soggiornato anche per lavoro in alberghi 4 stelle che non cito per ovvi motivi, in giro per l' Europa, che non avevano niente a che vedere con il suddetto B&B! La camera (family room) pulitissima, calda (come ambiente oltre che di tempo), un profumo di legno che sembrava di essere in una sauna e una veduta fantastica delle montagne innevate che sembrava di poter toccare con un dito beh insomma sembrava una favola! Lo staff cordialissimo, gentilissimo, la colazione abbondante e molto varia tra affettati, formaggi, spremute, yogurt, cereali, pane caldo, brioches, di tutto. Arrivando da Venezia consiglio di fare la strada per Bolzano/Merano e non Brescia con uscita Ospitaletto, per il resto TOP!

Mi sono trovata benissimo. Locale accogliente, personale disponibile e posizione centrale. La camera pulitissima, tutta in legno e con balcone con vista su Livigno. Colazione a buffet ricca e per tutti i gusti. Ci tornerò sicuramente !

Il posto è molto bello e soprattutto comodo per la zona pedonale. Stare lì un weekend è significato soprattutto abbandonare l'auto per 3 giorni per la comodità della posizione che porta lunghe passeggiate in centro.
