We booked this location because of the good reviews. The location was great and the room was just fine. The cleaning staff were very nice. The management staff, on the other hand, was lacking. When we tried to book parking ahead of time as the website says, we received no response through WhatsApp or email. When we arrived, we had to call because there had been no prior communication. We were told to park on the street, which was fine, but there was no covered garage option as we had read. We also had to follow up by calling and texting to get the room and check-in information. If you needed anything after the cleaning people left, I am not sure you would have gotten a response as there is no staff present and communication is definitely lacking. At the end of our stay we received a call 25 minutes before checkout saying that we needed to pay because our booking was only reserved and payment had not been completed. Our options were to leave cash in the room or walk 15 minutes to a different location to pay by card. Thankfully we were not on a time crunch and were able to do that. If a business wants to get paid, it should make that a priority and be convenient for its customers. It was very unprofessional to assume people do not have timed plans and can easily stop somewhere else to pay when it is the business's responsibility if it wants to receive its money. When we arrived, the man did apologize for not telling us sooner, but he did not ask about our stay at all, which either means he did not care or knows the service is lacking and does not want feedback to make it better. I would not book this place if I had known this would be our experience. There are plenty of other options in the area that I am sure are more organized and communicative. Save yourself the hassle.

Breakfast was a coffee and a roll at a pastry shop quite a distance away. Ridiculous. The employee we dealt with was rude and obnoxious. This felt more like a hotel with no staff than a B&B.

We were given a discount for breakfast at a café, but we did not want breakfast because we left very early.

Big apartment right in the historic center. Unfortunately, contact with the owner was not really clear, but I could enter. Secondly, the bathroom and kitchen are really dirty, the sofa in the living room smells terrible. So if you like clean apartments, do not go in this one.

We were not informed that breakfast would not be on site, but at a nearby cafe. And that cafe would be closed on Monday, so breakfast that day was out of luck. Had we known about this, probably would NOT have booked. Also some of the pictures shown online have nothing to do with the property we booked.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in the heart of Lecce. Very well organized structure. We had a great time. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The host is friendly and very nice. The bar where we were offered breakfast may not be up to the standard of the property but still good. Thank you for everything.

Very kind owner, very beautiful structure, central location near Porta San Biagio, impeccable cleanliness, extremely comfortable bed (I slept like a log), large shower with a great water flow. Ignazio, always professional and helpful, provided us with all the information possible for a pleasant stay in Lecce.

This Bed and Breakfast is so welcoming that it makes you feel at home right away. In addition to the various services, there is a relaxation area with a Spa not to be missed and a large terrace with a stunning view of the historic center. The owner is affable and super helpful.

Structure in the heart of the historic center, near the Porta San Biagio. Close to all the tourist attractions of the Baroque city, which I could only appreciate in the evening for work reasons, which I found to be much more suggestive. Marco is truly an excellent host who indicated us places and things to see. We will definitely return in summer.
