B&B Del Corso is a nice accommodation, everything is clean and the owners are kind. However, the bed is very loud when you turn around.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was not included, but they still had the coffee machine, cookies, and several bottles of water waiting for me. And the fact that the owners were on the floor below also gave me a sense of peace.

We can only give a positive review. We were hosted in a very cozy attic for five days. The cleaning was done daily. The B&B Del Corso is brand new and modern, from the room structure to the hospitality of the young managers. Additionally, we had a coffee machine in the room with a variety of capsules available. We will definitely advertise it.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review of this property. Certainly all new and clean. However, an inconvenience arose that left me and my daughters decidedly indignant by the behavior of the managers. Upon returning in the evening to the B&B Del Corso, we took the external elevator to access the room. When we were almost at the floor, the elevator got stuck. Therefore, after trying all the basic methods to understand how to unlock the situation, I called the owner. After instructions on what to press (which I had already done), we heard insults coming from the owner, precisely "foolish". What is serious is that the kind man first blamed some people who were with him and the next morning he even claimed that I had uttered that word. I wanted to leave immediately. Furthermore, the cost was still high for a night without breakfast because they are not yet equipped, plus this unexpected event. No gesture of discount at least for the inconvenience. I strongly advise against it. They better change their job.

Come già fatto di persona, ho voluto chiedere e dare spiegazioni da subito. Per quanto riguarda il disagio dell'ascensore(per il quale nessuno ha colpa) ho prontamente provveduto a rimediare, e con le dovute scuse , da subito fino al mattino successivo. In quel frangente si sono presentati in struttura due persone che mi avevano chiamato per pernottare quella sera stessa, e quindi nel momento in cui io comunicavo con la signora per telefono in vivavoce dando indicazioni sul da fare per cercare di sbloccare il sollevatore, queste due persone erano vicino a me, a dare anche loro indicazioni e parlottare in dialetto napoletano. Io trovandomi impegnato a risolvere il prima possibile la situazione non mi sono neanche accorto se fossero uscite parole sgradevoli , ma nel momento in cui la signora me lo fa presente per msg telefonico,ho risposto che di sicuro l'insulto è provenuto da loro o da uno di loro , non certo da me. Quella sera stessa mi sono trovato costretto ad allontanare i due ragazzi in quanto si erano rivelati dei truffatori. Specifico che fin da subito ho cercato un confronto e di porgere le scuse riguardo all'inconveninte, nonostante la signora negava il medesimo. Riguardo al servizio colazione, sul sito dove ha prenotato c'è chiaramente indicato che non è inclusa (non è colpa mia se non l'ha letto)e nel momento in cui me lo chiede e gli e lo faccio presente siamo a posto, e quindi non vedo nè il motivo di contestare nè tantomeno dare giudizio riguardo al prezzo che ha pagato. La struttura è attiva da poco tempo, nuova, con climatizzatore, smart tv, wi fi ed è mia premura cercare di accogliere al meglio gli ospiti, ed è quello che intendo fare e sto facendo, non mi sarei mai permesso di usare alcun termine offensivo. Mi dispiace solo che dall'altra parte non ci sia stata la volontà di un chiarimento , a prescindere ha dato la colpa a me pur non avendomi difronte ma in vivavove al telefono , e poi la sgradita coincidenza di quei due truffatori. Per fortuna di gente c'è n'è, e saranno il tempo e i fatti a trarre il risultato del mio lavoro.

I am writing this review while currently staying at the property, the rooms are new and equipped with all the necessary comforts for short stays (tv, Wi-Fi, air conditioning). The cleanliness is truly excellent, even beyond expectations. The owners have been kind, helpful, and very friendly right from the start. I immediately felt comfortable, if I have to return to the area or if I have to recommend a place to stay to someone, I would do it with closed eyes. Thanks to Maria Carmela and her husband for their hospitality.
