Our house is ideal for families or groups of friends wishing to spend the days in beauty, of the "Castelli Romani", with the possibility of being at the center of Rome in 35-40 minutes by train or car.

We offer two comfortable and perfectly furnished double-rooms, both of which are situated inside a big and completely autonomous apartment.

Apart from the rooms, our guests dispose of two big living rooms - one of which contains two bed-settees, a bathroom with shower, a perfectly equipped and functional kitchen, a laundry, a big garden, indoor parching and independent entrance.

For families or groups of 3-6 persons we offer the exclusive disposal of the whole apartment with bathroom and kitchen.

Our property is situated on the Tyrrenic hillside of the Castelli Romani in the commune of Ariccia, 2 km from Albano Laziale, 4 km from Genzano, and 6 km from Nemi and the Castel Gandolfo (the pope’s summer-residence).

Only a 20 min. drive by car you reach the Albano-lake or the lake of Nemi, in half an hour Frascati and Rocca di Papa or the Tyrrenic littoral with Torvaianica, Marina di Ardea and Tor S. Lorenzo.

Rome is not far:
By car, you reach the end station of the metro line A (Anagnina) in only 20 min.

About 5 min. drive from our property you have two different train lines (Vellatri-Roma Termini and Albano- Roma Termini) with which it is possible to reach the center of Rome in only 30-45 min.

The hospitality includes breakfast and the possibility of cooking in the house.

Also, it includes TV and wireless internet.

The bathrooms are cleaned everyday, while sheets are changed every 3 days.

On request, we have GPS showing the way from the house to the station and return.

Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas.

In the Castelli Romani, the climate is wonderful: In winter the temperature never drops below 0 degrees. In summer, the hottest days arrive in 32-33 degrees, but at night there is always a slight breeze that makes you forget the heat of the day. Ariccia is on the side of the Tyrrhenian sea and this makes it particularly mild and dry climate of the area.

The months of September and October are ideal for visiting the Roman Castles: there are countless local festivals with each type of feature culinary specialties of the area, but also, usually, the weather is great and wonderful day trips to local or Rome.

For families or groups of at least 3 people we have made available the entire structure.
