You can find the house very easily, the location is very good, there is a parking spot available, the surroundings are calm. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Loretta, the owner, is totally friendly, nice, and helpful. All our requests were met. Superb accommodation. Recommended.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The family running the place was extremely friendly, attentive, and very helpful! The house is modern and tastefully furnished with a beautiful, large garden. The lovingly prepared breakfast caters to individual preferences.

Excellent base for exploring the Carnia region, in 45 minutes you can reach San Daniele del Friuli, Sauris, and Zoncolan. In 60 minutes you can head back to the plain or further north. The house is very new, super comfortable, and with Wi-Fi. Two rooms with dedicated services. The bathrooms are ultra-modern and comfortable. Free parking. On foot, you can reach a great place for dinner, and for the more adventurous, even Tolmezzo. Da Mamma Lo is fantastic, precise, and the perfect breakfast to start the day. If you are MTB enthusiasts, ask the husband for the best itineraries to climb Zoncolan.

Truly beautiful, we were welcomed by "Da Mamma Lo" with kindness and a smile. Then, at a later time, we got to know his family, who were also kind and cute. The house is large and well-structured, and when we entered our room, everything was in its place, well-kept, clean, and welcoming, practically perfect. Staying at 'Da Mamma Lo' was a pleasant experience. From the first contacts, you can sense the family atmosphere that characterizes the Bed and Breakfast. Hospitable and discreet, Loretta and her family advised us on routes and points of interest in the area during the pleasant evening chats. The structure is new and well-kept, the room and bathroom are spacious and spotlessly clean. The house is located in an optimal position to visit Carnia, traveling on quiet roads ideal for motorbikes or bicycles. A sincere and genuine welcome that reminded us of the Irish Bed and Breakfasts. We hope to return soon.

I stayed here with a friend on the occasion of the pumpkin festival in Venzone. We had a great time: the B&B is brand new, located among the Carnia mountains, in a quiet area waiting to be explored. It is very close to Tolmezzo and other tourist destinations. The rooms are perfectly clean and furnished with great taste. The whole family is warm and helpful; breakfast is plentiful and made with homemade products by the lady. The apple cake was delicious. I can't wait to go back!

What can I say, it had been 28 years since I last visited Carnia. The gathering of the Alpine troops in Paluzza was an opportunity that not only brought me back to the places of my 20s, but also introduced me to a wonderful family. I must compliment Loretta and Maurizio because managing a business and at the same time a wonderful family like theirs is not easy. My husband and I stayed for two days in this B&B and I must say that we felt very well, welcomed and pampered like in a family. We shared thoughts and principles, both moral and sports, which are rare in young families. We wish them all the best, especially to their three very good children.
