Mum Loretta, together with dad Maurizio and their children Chiara, Elisa and Michele are glad to welcome their guests in their home, happy to share with them the passion for skiing, trekking and biking.
We opened our B&B in January 2013.
Our house, recently built, is located on a 900 m2 ground and is provided with a large garden and inner parking.
We have a safe area where you can leave your bikes, skis, or whatsoever and if necessary you can even use our tools for small reparation works.
A specific space for motor bikers has been allocated in our garage.
Menu and breakfast time are agreed upon arrival. On sunny days breakfast can be served outside, under the porch.
Environmental protection and energy saving have been the main pillars in designing our house: we have a photovoltaic installation, wall radiating heating, centralized vacuum cleaner, rain water recovery, as well as intelligent building management system.
We are located in a quiet place, in the neighborhood from many attractions worthy of a visit in Carnia: 25 min drive from Zoncolan’s ski resort, 5 min from Tolmezzo and the archeological area of Zuglio (Julium Carnicum), 8 min from the spa in Arta and 20 min from the lake of Cavazzo and the First World War museum in Timau.
The nearby bike route allows walking and biking lovers to reach in a very comfortable way many places around.
Maurizio, then, upon request, is glad to drive you through fantastic mountain bike trails in the Carnic Alps, discovering unspoiled landscapes with breath taking views.
Discounted rates are available for our guests who will spend at least 7 days with us and additionally Loretta will award you one of her handicraft masterpieces.
Your booking includes: bed and breakfast, sheets and towels, courtesy set, hair drier, cleaning service, heating, safe parking area for bikes and skis, additional baby bed, big living room with different kids’ games and ping-pong table.
