Each morning, guests are welcomed in the porticoed veranda, where a rich breakfast of local flavors and fresh ingredients is served. Breakfast is a special moment, where the scents of local products blend with the panoramic sea view, creating a memorable start to the day. The common areas, including a spacious living room with a fireplace and a characteristic Sardinian porch, encourage socialization and relaxation in the company of other guests.

Set in a 3000 square meter garden, the B&B is a little corner of paradise, where guests can discover the remains of a Nuragic shelter that tells the story of these lands. The terraces and relaxing spots in the greenery offer breathtaking views, while amenities such as barbecue and Sardinian oven allow guests to savor the delights of local cuisine outdoors. This was by far the most beautiful place we stayed at in Sardinia. Breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea, and I personally really fell in love with the carefully crafted, calming design of the house and the rooms. Everything is in perfect condition and very well taken care of as well. Luca was an amazing host, taking care of us so sweetly and fulfilling any of our wishes at breakfast. The wifi was really good and fast in the community area which was perfect since I had a little work to do. It didn't really work in the room but I think that was a good invitation to not always stay connected. The location is very very calm and on a steep hill - you definitely need a car. In general, Solanas is a very calm place which we loved! Just be aware that at some hours of the day literally everything is closed as it's a sleepy small town.

OMG, the stay here was short and the sweetest. We made last minute reservations too (don't tell, but shorter than typically accepted), and maybe largely because our experience in the BnB transferred to an overall positive experience, we asked if we could extend the stay. Apparently the secret is out and the BnB was all booked. No biggie, a friend's location that was a couple minutes down the road was recommended and it was equally splendid. Just to be clear, the host, the rooms, the breakfast and information about the area were all memorable.

We had a great stay at Luca's Bed and Breakfast. Our patio room was spacious and had a nice terrace. The B&B has many nice spots in the garden and community terraces. I would definitely book again.

In a very beautiful natural environment with its own nuraghe you can spend quiet days while being in immediate neighbourhood of the many attractive beaches of Solanas, Villasimius, Costa del Rey, etc. You have not only your nice, comfortable and clean rooms at your disposal but also various, comfortably furnished verandas. We loved the rich breakfast with changing types of bread and sweets and, particularly, the regional Sardinian products: the cheese, the marmelads and the fresh orange juice. Luca, Sa Guardia's owner, who serves breakfast himself every morning, is an extremely friendly man, always eager to help, and a valuable source of information about the region and even all Sardinia. He helped a lot to make our holidays a great experience and to discover not only the wonderful beaches but also famous Sardinian artists like Sciola and Maria Lai.

Our stay was heavenly in this accommodation. Everything was perfect. Very clean, very beautiful, modern and functional. One last little effort to make for the wifi coverage in the outbuilding. We were well received by the owner Lucca by Aurélie who takes care of making sure you have everything you need. Aurélie speaks French, which was very convenient! They advised us to go for dinner in Villasimius in a restaurant they know and we ate very well there. Lots of choices at breakfast prepared and served by Aurélie. The area really deserves a visit and we are very happy to have stayed in this B&B which we will recommend to our friends.

It is a very lovingly decorated facility with plenty of seating, both in the shade and on the sun terraces. Luca is a very accommodating host and the breakfast with fresh orange juice was very good. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

Thank you very much for the nice stay! The host Luca is very friendly and warm-hearted. We felt very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and diverse, the homemade orange juice is simply delicious! The decor of the apartment is very tasteful - a beautiful mix of "modern" and "classic". Our apartment was even more beautiful than in the pictures, all modern yet perfectly fitting with the natural surroundings. We were greeted very warmly and given a tour of the property. There are numerous areas for all guests, all beautifully designed, my favorite was the hammock. The breakfast is lovingly prepared, almost exclusively Sardinian specialties, simply delicious! It was wonderful, you could reach many different beaches from there. It is important to have a rental car, without it you won't get far. In Villasimius you can be there in about 15 minutes, where there is activity in the evening and the dining options are excellent. The operator was very friendly and helpful, explained many things to us and showed them accurately on the map. The rooms were clean and nice. Things for the beach like chairs, mats or umbrellas are provided. There are also refrigerators where you can put drinks or other things. I can really recommend it.

We spent 4 days at Luca's B&B in Solanas. We had a wonderful time not only because the property is surrounded by greenery, with well-kept and comfortable interiors and exteriors, in a strategic location to visit the southeast of Sardinia (including Cagliari, coasts and inland) but also and especially because of Luca's hospitality, his availability, his knowledge of the area, his very useful tips for visits and excursions, the concise guide with all the information about the area made clearly and conveniently, the abundant breakfast with the possibility of tasting local products. In the management, all the love for his land shines through. Highly recommended!

Mr. Luca was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and also of new design. The breakfast was very abundant with the possibility of both sweet and savory. The structure is located on a hill and is about 5 minutes by car from Solanas beach. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time. Luca was a fantastic host and the whole stay could not have been better. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Luca, who took care to give us lots of useful information about the area, places to visit, and the best roads to take. The structure is truly beautiful, equipped with a stunning garden from which you can see the sea and where there are several spots available for guests to relax in the shade of the trees. Our apartment was really comfortable and equipped with everything. We found it very cool even without turning on the air conditioning, which is a plus. Furthermore, it is very close to the most beautiful beaches on the coast, reachable in a few minutes by car. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Immersed in nature and very close to the wonderful beaches of Solanas and Villasimius. Simple room and really beautiful and well-kept common areas. Luca loves his work and his land and doesn't spare suggestions to visit this beautiful area of Sardinia. In October, services start to become scarce but this is certainly not the fault of the B&B. A welcoming environment that I highly recommend.

We spent 10 wonderful days. Luca and his family are super hospitable and attentive. The structure is very clean with abundant and well-assorted breakfasts. The view is amazing, and the fresh air in the evening is pleasant (you can sleep without air conditioning, which is a plus these days). Perfect location to easily reach all the beaches from Villasimius to Costa Rei.

We stayed at this beautiful property between late July and early August. The location is excellent and close to some beautiful beaches. The rooms are clean and the owner Luca is kind and helpful. The breakfast on the outdoor terrace with a sea view is priceless. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights, my partner and I, at the Bed and Breakfast managed excellently by Luca, with impeccable cleanliness and a plentiful breakfast. However, I would suggest staying at Sa Guardia De Ferricci, especially for the enchanting view (the structure is located on a hill overlooking the beach of Solanas, reachable in a few minutes by car) and for its strategic position: it is located in the center between the south and east coast, and within 30/40 minutes you can reach practically all the coves between Cagliari and Muravera. Then, thanks to Luca's meticulous knowledge of all the beaches, every guest will be advised in a specific way.

Structure positioned on a small hill in Solanas, an excellent compromise to reach the beaches of Villasimius, Costa Rei, and Cagliari. Even the Solanas beach, a few minutes by car from the structure, is worth a visit and a swim in the crystal-clear waters. New and clean rooms with air conditioning, hairdryer, clothes horse, terrace to enjoy the beautiful panorama and the evening breeze. Towel change and room rearrangement every two days. Luca, the manager, is a wonderful person, friendly, kind, who gives excellent advice on beaches, areas to visit, and places to eat (very useful the online guide sent before the stay). Rich breakfast with artisanal and non-packaged croissants, honey and jams from local producers (myrtle and strawberry tree fruits to try), Nutella, cereals, yogurt, juices, fresh fruit. Excellent relaxation area, availability of beach umbrellas and sun loungers. Absolutely approved and recommended!

My husband and I stayed 8 days in this beautiful property. We had a great time. The location is excellent for reaching the beaches of Villasimius and also Costa Rei, with the nearby highway. Luca, the owner, recommended us the beaches and restaurants. Good breakfast with fresh fruit and tasty local jams every morning. We chose the Sardinian style room but there are also brand new rooms with private bathrooms. We hope to return soon.

With my wife, we stayed at the lodging facility Sa Guardia de Ferricci, beautiful and welcoming. Easily accessible, it is optimally positioned to reach all the nearby beaches, first and foremost the one in Solanas, which is practically a minute away. The rooms, very comfortable and cozy, surround the kitchen and its verandas where one practically feels at home. The breakfast is served in a complete manner, also with typical and local products! Perhaps one of the best views in the area, from the terraces you can admire the wild nature of the mountains clashing with the blue of the sea. But the real strength is Luca, the owner, caring and attentive to every detail who, with his family, accompanied our stay with great availability and many smiles! I recommend it to all those who want to feel good with a capital B!.

Luca, the owner and manager of this wonderful property, is an extremely nice, helpful, courteous person, always ready to respond to the customers' requests and willing to give advice on possible activities, places, and beaches worth visiting and on local dining options (and beyond). The property is exceptional, well-maintained, very clean, with spacious and well-furnished common areas. In the evening, it is also possible to use the kitchen for a quick dinner in the fantastic veranda. The rooms are spacious and very well-maintained, as well as very clean with very frequent changes of bath linens. The B&B also enjoys a captivating 360-degree panorama overlooking the beautiful beach of Solanas and is immersed in nature. Peace, relaxation, and comfort for the best beaches in the southeastern part of Sardinia. Costa Rei, Villasimius, Muravera, Solanas. Possibility of a wonderful boat trip. Simple structure, a hidden gem, tranquility, sheltered from the extreme heat, panoramic view. The shared terrace is something exceptional. For 5 days, it felt like being at my own home, Luca the owner is a reserved person with a big heart, he won't let you miss anything. The only negative aspect is that when leaving, you feel a bit of melancholy, we will return and bring many friends. Congratulations.

Simply fantastic: located on a hill from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the rest of the area, to catch a glimpse of a slice of the sea of Solanas. The rooms are extremely clean and well-kept in every detail. The common areas are equally beautiful (veranda with sofas, tables for outdoor dining, hammock, etc).\n\nThe breakfast is very abundant and of high quality (fresh fruit, croissants directly from the pastry shop, homemade cakes, cookies, yogurt, and much more). All accompanied by the friendliness, sympathy, and complete availability of Luca.\n\nIf we were to go back to that area, it will definitely be the place where we would like to stay.

We have already been guests at this Bed and Breakfast last year in July and we couldn't help but come back again this year in September for many reasons. The strategic location allows you to visit all the most beautiful beaches from Costa Rei to those around Villasimius to the beaches of Chia up to Porto Pino. The beautiful structure on the hill overlooking the sea of Solanas, reachable by a pleasant little road that winds through myrtles, olive trees, and prickly pears, made in Sardinian style and cared for in every detail: the furnishings, the linen, the magnificent relaxing corners of the garden, pergolas, terraces, and the patio with sea view. The owner Luca and his wife Daniela immediately make guests feel at ease with their availability and discretion and are always ready to provide valuable advice on beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The breakfast is excellent and generous with typical and fresh products, served in the wonderful sea view patio. The good value for money! Highly recommended! Marco and Marta.

We have just returned from a fantastic 10-day vacation. The structure is beautiful, surrounded by myrtle and olive trees that offer unparalleled tranquility and relaxation. Hello, we stayed for two days in this charming B&B that overlooks the bay of Solanas and the surrounding valleys. The beach of Solanas, just 2 minutes by car, is beautiful and has nothing to envy to the more famous nearby locations. The owner, Luca, is a very kind and helpful person and shows a sincere affection for the place where he grew up. The house is beautiful, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, and it also has a beautiful porch where breakfast is served with delicious jams and obviously local honey. The rooms are very well-kept and very clean. You can ask Luca for useful and wise advice on where to go for dinner in the evening. In short, it is not easy to find places like this nowadays. We were very satisfied, and if we happen to pass through that area again, we will definitely return! See you soon.
