Excellent location and very nice clean rooms. Very warm welcome and great helpfulness from Mrs. Berry (mille grazie). Wi-Fi worked perfectly, bike garage available.\n\nAll the best and gladly again!

Good morning, a super special thanks to Romina and Raimonda, two excellent hosts, clean and large bathrooms, very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, airy and fresh with large windows, parquet floors and a bathroom with small colored tiles, truly elegant. A structure of charm and elegance. The breakfast is very good and varied, at free time. The room cleaning is excellent. The finishes are of high quality and above all make you feel at home. The owner is very kind and all those who work there daily. I can affirm and emphasize this because I stayed for 8 nights this month of April 2018. A structure that will not disappoint you at all. If I may, just one suggestion... a microwave in the kitchen, even a small one, would be very convenient. A sincere greeting and thank you for your courtesy and professionalism. See you soon.

Our dance company has returned for the second time and once again it did not disappoint us! The environments are always well maintained and the availability is absolute! Very comfortable beds, cleanliness, and convenience of the location. Ideal for groups! Raimonda does her job with passion and this makes the difference.

Great location, in front of the station and a 10-minute walk from the center of Udine, well served by public transport. Rooms tastefully furnished and very clean. Interesting the possibility of using the kitchen for DIY meals. The downside is the breakfast (no warm croissant and few packaged ones, little variety.). \nAlso, the apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, which is not very practical with luggage. Otherwise, very satisfying. Recommended.

Clean and welcoming, very close to the station.\nI stayed for two nights and I was surprised when my room was cleaned, as if it were a hotel;). The managers are very friendly and helpful. My room overlooked the station. In the B&B, you can use both the kitchen and the refrigerator. Perfect WiFi! The only downside is that there are no shops and nice places to see nearby. I recommend it.

The Napoli room where I stayed with my family, composed of myself, my husband, and a 7-year-old child, is really comfortable, with a very large and comfortable bed and space to stay, given the presence of a nice desk. Considering the shared bathroom and the self-service breakfast in the common kitchen available, I find it to be an ideal solution for short stays, with a very good value for money.

To define it as "Guesthouse" is somewhat belittling. We are talking about something that goes far beyond, even compared to a B&B and even a hotel! The managers are more than willing to meet any needs of the customers. The rooms are beautiful, well air-conditioned, and very clean. The location is perfect and easily accessible from every direction, and it is a good starting point to visit the beautiful Friuli because Udine is centrally located and none of the most interesting tourist locations are too far away.

Excellent B&B, finely furnished, clean, friendly managers. I stayed for only one night. By the way, the location is in front of the station, so it is very convenient for those traveling by train. The rooms are like five-star hotels. Breakfast is okay, there is also soy milk, which was very much appreciated. Super quality price ratio.

I chose this B&B for the colors and furnishings of the rooms that seemed warm and welcoming. I made a good choice: the rooms are also spacious and bright, the bathroom (shared) is new and clean and so is the kitchen. The hosts are friendly and kind. It is an ideal solution for groups of friends.
