A small renovated apartment, very comfortable for 2 or 3 people. Well equipped and well taken care of. Close to the metro station (Colli Albano), supermarkets, etc. I appreciate the help and advice from Claudio (manager/owner). On the downside, it's a difficult parking area, but he helped us find a place to park for free. Lastly, it's a ground floor, so there are no good exterior views or much natural light, but that wasn't a problem for us.

Hey, I'm Claudio

My name is Claudio, I work for a state-owned company. I enjoy playing sports, taking long walks with my greyhounds in the Caffarella Valley, which is part of the Ancient Appian Way Park, and watching soccer games with my lifelong friends.
