Here, one hundred animals, including buffalo and young cattle, are expertly cared for by Father Antonio, producing the milk that gives rise to the renowned mozzarella appreciated all over the world.
The structure has been renovated with great care, respecting the original features and using period materials whenever possible. As a testament to its ecological approach, Dimora and the farm are equipped with photovoltaic panels and a modern solar thermal system.
