This is a great location, just outside of the city. It was very quiet and incredibly clean and well put together. The staff are lovely. The only difficulty was that the small street to get there is hard to find and difficult with a larger vehicle. I recommend staying here without hesitation. 10/10.

Very nice property, super host, very clean, nice room. I recommend it! The only minus is that the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms.

Nice accommodation in a quiet area. Nice garden surrounding the property with a swimming pool. The room is very clean and modern. In room some snacks are provided and the room has an espresso machine and water cooker. We’ve booked this accommodation because of the quiet area and close proximity to Alghero. Overall would recommend this place!

Everything was very good. The room layout should be improved slightly because there is no chest of drawers to store our clothes for the week. The wardrobe is not enough because there are not enough hangers for two people. Otherwise everything was fine,the owners were super nice and always attentive. We received a small gift during our stay,which was very pleasant. The villa is large and shared with several rooms. Ours was room no.3 on the first floor and overlooked the charming pool. Its location is perfect,5 minutes from the center by car but above all quiet. Thanks again for everything,Alessandra and Pasqualino.

Nice property to relax after a day in Alghero, with a beautiful pool and a lovely Mediterranean garden. Ideal location to go to Alghero(a few minutes by car). Sound insulation in the rooms is rather poor.

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Grazia: the room and the garden perfectly matched the description. The breakfast was not included, but we found everything we needed on site to prepare one. Fransca's welcome was warm and caring.

While being close to the lovely town of Alghero, we spent a moment of relaxation and rest in the beautiful property of Pasqualino and Alessandra. Around the perfectly maintained pool, the olive trees and flowering laurels served as our parasol. Only the birds' singing can be heard. The welcoming and kindness of the hosts touched us, and the very well-kept breakfast enchanted us every morning. We will return. Villa Grazia.

Simple check-in, very clean, quiet rural location, yet quickly at the beach, in the center and 20 minutes at the airport. Standard rooms are in the basement, so no view, but cooler in hot months. The house is poorly soundproofed. But overall, the price-performance ratio is good.

Simple accommodation without frills. Nice pool in the spacious garden. We had booked a room on the ground floor. The bathroom was large and had good storage options. Daily cleaning. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, but I had already read that in the reviews. Quiet and beautifully located, just a few minutes by car from Alghero. Parking available. Unfortunately, breakfast is no longer offered. I actually didn't see that when booking in January, so we were a bit surprised. However, there is a coffee machine in the room and a basket with some snacks (cookies/zwieback/jam). In the end, it was all fine, and you could enjoy your coffee in the morning comfortably by the pool or in the garden. There are no pool towels, but we received some normal ones upon request. What is really a shame is that there are no cushions for the sunbeds. Dear Villa Grazia, maybe you could change that. It doesn't cost much and brings much more comfort. Overall, everything is good, the price matches the corresponding service.

The hosts Alessandra and her husband were super nice and attentive, for example with special requests like lactose-free yogurt, umbrellas, etc. It is a very nice small accommodation, quiet and idyllic, surrounded by many olive trees and flower bushes. The only condition is to have a car to drive to the city of Alghero, as the accommodation is in the countryside on the outskirts of the city.

We stayed 3 nights at Villa Grazia and were absolutely satisfied. The property is surrounded by olive trees, with a well-kept and clean pool where we could relax every time we returned from our daily excursions. The rooms are just spacious enough and ours also had a view of the olive trees and the pool. In the common areas, both indoors and outdoors, we were able to take advantage of comfortable tables to have breakfast or enjoy a snack. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed with lots of useful information. In less than 5 minutes by car, you reach the waterfront of Alghero, from where you can park for free and comfortably reach the center with a pleasant walk. Stintino, the promontory of Capo Caccia, and Bosa are some of the places we visited while based at Villa Grazia. If we were to take another vacation in the area, it would definitely be our first choice.

We have just concluded a short stay at the B&B Villa Grazia in Alghero, and I can only share our extremely positive experience. Alessandra and Pasqualino, the hosts, welcomed us with a kindness and hospitality that made us feel immediately at ease, as if we were at home. Our room was impeccable, spotless, and equipped with every comfort, including a very comfortable mattress that made our rest truly rejuvenating, air conditioning, and heating for a perfectly comfortable temperature. The private bathroom, spacious and with a window, was complete with a shower and all necessary accessories. The location of the B&B is ideal: immersed in the tranquility of the countryside, among olive trees and silence, yet just a few minutes from both the crystal-clear sea of Alghero and the historic center of the city. The peace of the place, away from traffic, allowed us to completely relax. The property also has a beautiful swimming pool. Villa Grazia is the perfect place for those seeking a retreat of relaxation and tranquility. I would particularly recommend this property to couples looking for a romantic and rejuvenating getaway, away from daily hustle and bustle. We will definitely return.

We spent five days in this accommodation in Alghero managed by a young couple, Alessandra and Pasqualino, parents of a sweet little boy. To say that we had a good time is an understatement, it does not convey the idea. The place is welcoming and immersed in the peace of the countryside although in a few minutes one can find oneself in the city center. The room is comfortable and equipped with all the comforts. The breakfast is fantastic, a large buffet with every kind of food, from sweet to savory, desserts prepared by Pasqualino himself or by his mother, fresh and dried fruit. Not to mention the kindness and availability that reigns thanks to Pasqualino and Alessandra, incomparable people. We will return!

The breakfast comes in a basket in the room; 4 coffee capsules, packs of toast, jam cups, cakes, cookies. This comes as a service instead of a breakfast buffet. If you add yogurt and fruit yourself, we found it fine. The apartment was very good, the pool too. Everything in a quiet atmosphere.
