In the heart of Polignano a Mare’s historic centre, Casa Fiore is tucked among pedestrian lanes, whitewashed courtyards and small squares, just a short walk from the viewpoints overlooking the Adriatic. Its various accommodations, spread throughout the old town and the town centre—some around 100 metres from the sea—offer an intimate experience of the area, with its houses perched on the rocks, cliffs and sea caves.
The rooms and apartments retain distinctive features in local stone and tufa, including original vaulted ceilings and, in some properties, private entrances. Available in a range of layouts for couples, families and solo travellers, the accommodations include air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. A minibar fridge, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are also provided. Some rooms can be equipped with a kitchenette on request. Breakfast is served until 11:00 at a nearby pastry shop, at tables in a charming square in the historic centre. The Italian breakfast includes coffee or cappuccino and sweet items, with options such as freshly squeezed juice and gluten-free pastries. An international breakfast is available for an additional charge. Housekeeping and linen changes are provided every other day or, on request, according to guests’ needs.
Located around 30 kilometres from Bari, Casa Fiore is a convenient base for exploring Polignano and the surrounding area. Places of interest include the Pino Pascali Museum of Contemporary Art and the coastal viewpoints, while the Itria Valley—with Alberobello, Locorotondo and Martina Franca—offers plenty of opportunities for excursions inland.
